OUR 3D-PRINTING STUDIO WORK: A CAR HEADLAMP (photos)

in Hive Diylast month

Our 3d-printing studio works almost non-stop 24/7.
3 months ago we entered an online marketplace, and from that time we print more and more...and we are happy!;)
Early we had to wait for new customers and orders from our city only. Now the geography of our sales cover Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and thanks God our goods are sold there every day.

But still we continue our local work with orderers. Sometimes it's a really intereresting job, like this one.

We had to create a new unique headlamp for a car.
Our customer wanted to change "native" headlamps in his Mitsubishi Pajero for new ones, with a unique form.
My hubby is called himself "3d-modelling God":)) we always laugh at these words, but he is really a good professional, and I'm very proud of him.

The whole order was made by him from the beginning till the end including modelling and 3d-printing.

the 1st step

the 2nd step - already 3d-printed headlamp

and the final result

he doubted if headlamps would set fine from the first time, but yeah!
it was victory at once!!

New headlamps took their place the best, and our customer was very happy to see them working.
And we were happy as well, of course;)

It was a complicated task, and my hubby spent lots of hours for it, but the result have satisfaction to both of them;)

Those have a unique look, and I'm sure the client is very pleased.

Any clues as to the cost of the product?

Thanks!
