Saludos apreciados lectores hoy doy vida y amor a mi blog 💖 con una anécdota de bienestar absoluto ya que la dicha de que lo imposible puede suceder, y lo que llamas lo atraes, se me hicieron presente para llenarme de regocijo y mirar buenas nuevas en mi camino.
Greetings dear readers, today I give life and love to my blog 💖 with an anecdote of absolute wellbeing since the joy that the impossible can happen, and what you call it you attract, came to me to fill me with joy and to see good news on my way.
En los últimos meses tras los acalorados días y la convulsiva cotidianidad me plantee la posibilidad de abrir o buscar espacio de esparcimiento y disfrute que me permitieran autorregularme y darle a mi ser sosiego para reflexionar sobre mí y algunos proyectos que tengo en puerto, en los que no he podido enfocarme.
In the last few months, after the hot days and the convulsive daily routine, I considered the possibility of opening or looking for a space for relaxation and enjoyment that would allow me to self-regulate and give my being peace of mind to reflect on myself and some projects that I have in port, on which I have not been able to focus.
Fue así como ese dicho que reza “pide que el universo te lo dará”, lo manifesté, produciéndose la magia para conseguir uno de los objetivos que hace rato pululaba en mi mente, que era tener el dinero para tramitar mi pasaporte en vista de que a futuro deseo viajar para nutrirme de conocimientos a través de la Biodanza y también para intercambios culturales.
It was thus that the saying "ask and the universe will give it to you", I manifested it, producing the magic to achieve one of the objectives that had been swarming in my mind for a while, which was to have the money to process my passport in view that in the future I want to travel to nourish myself with knowledge through Biodanza and also for cultural exchanges.
Vibrando con esta energía gratamente el mes pasado fui invitada para un evento fuera de Venezuela del que en su momento si se logra dar podré expresar detalles, lo cierto es que yo estaba reuniendo dinero para tramitar el pasaporte nuevamente porque lo tenía vencido, pero me faltaba una buena cuota para agilizar esa tarea.
Vibrating with this energy pleasantly last month I was invited to an event outside of Venezuela of which I will be able to express details in due time, the truth is that I was collecting money to process the passport again because it had expired, but I lacked a good fee to expedite this task.
En vista de la premura para tal eventualidad que será en mayo, de forma inesperada recibir el préstamo del monto completo para sacarme el tan anhelado documento, el cual extraordinariamente estuvo listo en dos semanas, acontecimiento que me llena de mucha satisfacción, recibiendo a los pocos días un pago de un trabajo, con lo que pude abonar parte del prestamo.
In view of the haste for such an eventuality that will be in May, unexpectedly receive the loan of the full amount to get the long-awaited document, which extraordinarily was ready in two weeks, an event that fills me with great satisfaction, receiving a few days later a payment of a job, with which I could pay part of the loan.
De este modo también en mi trabajo al contrario de otras colegas docentes siento que mis clases están fluyendo muy rápido, pero con armonía, no como esos típicos estados de estrés que se nos presentan para cerrar año escolar, creo que mi fortaleza ha sido planificar con tiempo, cumplir con los objetivos, dedicándome a otras cosas que me nutren y no roban mi paz.
In this very special way in my work, unlike other teaching colleagues, I feel that my classes are flowing very fast, but with harmony, not like those typical states of stress that we have to close the school year, I think my strength has been to plan ahead, meet the objectives, devoting myself to other things that nourish me and do not steal my peace.
Es así como me he dedicado a priorizar actividades teniendo la libertad de escoger lo que deseo para mi estabilidad emocional, entre esas acciones, puedo decir que asistir a mis sesiones de Biodanza, clases de percusión y dormir entre 6 a 8 horas diarias y si es posible mis siestas, esto ha sido un bálsamo esencial para sentirme plena.
This is how I have dedicated myself to prioritize activities having the freedom to choose what I want for my emotional stability, among those actions, I can say that attending my Biodanza sessions, percussion classes and sleeping between 6 to 8 hours a day and if possible my naps, this has been an essential balm to feel full.
En este proceso de querer sentirme en equilibrio y no dejarme agobiar por el calor ni las circunstancias, para este fin de semana me llego una invitación de parte de mi amigo Alexis Yepez @alexis26, el cual en el marco el mes de la Biodanza, decidió realizar su clase en un paraje hermoso llamado IG: @espacios_miluz internado en nuestro gran pulmón vegetal "El Avila" al que se llega por el camino de los españoles tan solo a 20 miniutos de la ciudad de Caracas.
In this process of wanting to feel in balance and not be overwhelmed by the heat or the circumstances, for this weekend I received an invitation from my friend Alexis Yepez @alexis26, which as part of the month of Biodanza, decided to hold his class in a beautiful place called IG: @espacios_miluz interned in our great vegetable lung El Avila which is reached by the road of the Spanish only 20 minutes from the city of Caracas.
Para el momento yo no contaba con el recurso económico para asistir, ya que en este período estoy modo ahorros, aun explicando mi situación un día después recibí de nuevo la invitación, donde se me considero solo pagar mi pasaje y aportar algún alimento para compartir con los presentes.
At the time I did not have the economic resources to attend, since in this period I am in savings mode, even explaining my situation a day later I received the invitation again, where I was only considered to pay my ticket and bring some food to share with those present.
Realmente no me esperaba tal retribución de la que por vergüenza estuve a punto de decir NO. Sin embargo, mi amigo con su gran cariño y consideración hacia mí, dejó abierta su invitación, que luego acepté como un merecimiento, y más por ser la Biodanza ambiente de encuentros e integración que despierta el amor indiferenciado a todo aquel que se abre a dar y recibir.
I really did not expect such a retribution of which I was about to say no out of embarrassment. However, my friend @alexis with his great affection and consideration towards me left open his invitation, which I then accepted as a deserved, and more because Biodanza is an environment of encounters and integration that awakens undifferentiated love to anyone who is open to give and receive.
@espacios_miluz es un lugar acogedor donde pude conectar conmigo a través de las vivencias dirigidas por mi amigo Alexis, y el silencio que en momento decidí hacer bajando volumen a la mente, mirando la inmensidad de la naturaleza su belleza y fuerza, fue de suma importancia para mí, ya que algunas veces me siento abrumada por la urbe, que me hace añorar estos espacios para reiniciarme.
@espacios_miluz It is a cozy place where I could connect with myself through the experiences directed by my friend Alexis, and the silence that I decided to do at that moment, lowering the volume of my mind, looking at the immensity of nature, its beauty and strength, was of great importance to me, because sometimes I feel overwhelmed by the city, which makes me long for these spaces to restart.
Después de la sesión de Biodanza me di a la tarea de recorrer el lugar el cual posee una flora silvestre y exótica muy particular rodeadas de plantas medicinales y aromáticas, de las que alcancé a sentir y oler: cambur, limón, toronjil, malojillo, romero, orégano, limoncillo, al igual que un espacio para encender fogatas bien curioso por su ubicación y estructura decorativa de base.
After the Biodanza session I took the task of touring the place which has a very particular wild and exotic flora surrounded by medicinal and aromatic plants, of which I managed to feel and smell: cambur, lemon, lemon balm, malojillo, rosemary, oregano, lemongrass, as well as a space for lighting bonfires very curious for its location and decorative structure of base.
El lugar cuenta con varios ambientes al aire libre y otro techado con muy buena ventilación, todas las presentes llevamos algo para compartir siendo el momento de la degustación una fascinación de olores y sabores espectaculares.
The place has two environments, one outdoors and the other indoors with very good ventilation, all of us present brought something to share and the moment of the tasting was a spectacular fascination of smells and flavors.
Siento que este Bio-paseo movió muchas cosas guardas en mí, relacionadas a los encuentros, desencuentros, linaje, abrirse a las oportunidades, soltar creencia, juicios y sentimientos, todo esto hoy ya más sosegadas lo proceso con calma, en víspera de recibir más noticias sobre mi evolución y transformación.
I feel that this Bio-walk moved many things stored in me, related to encounters, misencounters, lineage, opening to opportunities, letting go of beliefs, judgments and feelings, all this today, now calmer, I process it calmly, on the eve of receiving more news about my evolution and transformation.
