THE DYNAMISM OF THREE (3) ACROSS CULTURES (NIGERIAN)

To some extent in our social lives friends, culture has affected our lifestyles. From our modes of dressing, greeting, our relationship with others and our values and norms.
Culture is the total way of life of a group of individuals, there beliefs, values, norms and symbols that is generally accepted and it's been passed from one generation to another.
The word or figure (3) to so important, powerful and magnificently used, that most cultures can't do without in Nigeria. For instance, in their modes of greeting, most cultures in Nigeria makes use of a three syllabic pattern.
Hausa from the Northern part of the country will say Ina Kwa Na
Igbos from the Eastern part of the country will go with Otu Tu Oma
Egbira from the North Central part of the country will say Wa Da He
Yorubas from the western part of the country will say E Kaa Ro
And to go back to values traditions and norms, the word of figure three is used to create emphasis on certain traditions and values. In a tribe in Benue state, in the North Central region of the country, flogging is a way of punishing some offense that are taboo and the victim can only liberate his or herself from the flogging if only he or she has received three strokes of it. And also to talk more, if you take a look at most African Grandma's kitchen, the tripod stand or stones are always three.
The word or figure three is so so sweet and important that no culture wants to do without.
