Mayo viene colmado de nuevas ideas innovadoras y creativas para festejar la alegría que proyecta este hermoso mes, donde resalta dos eventos importantes, por tal motivo @womentribe y @efemerides.com se unen en un solo sentir, para celebrar el 12 de mayo como un día sublime, porque es una fecha que nos invita a celebrar dos grandes pilares de nuestra sociedad: el amor incondicional de las madres y la brillantez de las mujeres en el mundo de las matemáticas.
Un homenaje a las madres, esas heroínas de nuestro día a día:
Las madres representan la fuerza y el corazón de nuestras familias, el refugio en la tormenta, la fuente de amor y sabiduría que nos guía a lo largo de esta hermosa aventura llamada vida. En este día especial, les rendimos homenaje por su entrega desinteresada, su paciencia infinita y su capacidad para convertir cualquier momento en una aventura inolvidable es por eso que desde aquí les enviamos la mayor de las bendiciones a cada una de ustedes, las que hacen vida en Hive y nuestra comunidad, esperando que tengan un día maravilloso al lado de sus seres queridos.

May is full of new innovative and creative ideas to celebrate the joy that projects this beautiful month, which highlights two important events, for this reason @womentribe and @efemerides.com join in a single feeling, to celebrate May 12 as a sublime day, because it is a date that invites us to celebrate two great pillars of our society: the unconditional love of mothers and the brilliance of women in the world of mathematics.
A tribute to mothers, those heroines of our daily lives:
Mothers represent the strength and the heart of our families, the shelter in the storm, the source of love and wisdom that guides us throughout this beautiful adventure called life. On this special day, we pay tribute to them for their selfless dedication, their infinite patience and their ability to turn any moment into an unforgettable adventure, that is why from here we send the greatest of blessings to each of you, those who make life in Hive and our community, hoping you have a wonderful day with your loved ones.
Un reconocimiento a las mujeres matemáticas, pioneras en un mundo de números:
Talento, honor e inteligencia términos que describen a las mujeres que han hecho aportes invaluables al campo de las matemáticas, desafiando estereotipos y abriendo camino para futuras generaciones. Su pasión por los números, su ingenio y su dedicación han transformado nuestra comprensión del mundo y han impulsado el desarrollo científico y tecnológico, a ellas les debemos mucho ya que a través de su conocimiento hemos podido observar el mundo desde una perspectiva diferente, esas mujeres guerreras que día a día buscan la manera de brillar.
A este respecto el 12 de mayo se viste de doble gala: por un lado, celebramos el Día de las Madres, un día para honrar a esas mujeres excepcionales que nos dieron la vida, nos criaron con amor y nos siguen apoyando incondicionalmente. Por otro lado, conmemoramos el Día Internacional de las Mujeres Matemáticas, una fecha para reconocer el papel fundamental que han desempeñado las mujeres en el avance de esta ciencia.
Talent, honor and intelligence are terms that describe women who have made invaluable contributions to the field of mathematics, challenging stereotypes and paving the way for future generations. Their passion for numbers, their ingenuity and their dedication have transformed our understanding of the world and have driven scientific and technological development, to them we owe much because through their knowledge we have been able to observe the world from a different perspective, these women warriors who every day seek ways to shine.
In this regard, May 12 is a double gala: on the one hand, we celebrate Mothers' Day, a day to honor those exceptional women who gave us life, raised us with love and continue to support us unconditionally. On the other hand, we commemorate International Women Mathematicians Day, a date to recognize the fundamental role that women have played in the advancement of this science.
Dos celebraciones que se fusionan en una sola:
Hoy unimos estas dos conmemoraciones en un solo evento lleno de amor, reconocimiento y aprendizaje. Te invitamos a explorar las ideas para celebrar este 12 de mayo de una manera única y memorable, ven, anímate y atrévete a disfrutar de esta linda aventura que trae @womentribe y @efemerides para todos ustedes, escoge una de ellas y divierte.
- Un desayuno para mamá con sabor matemático: Prepara un desayuno especial para mamá con recetas que involucren números, medidas y proporciones. Decora la mesa con figuras geométricas y utiliza servilletas con números o símbolos matemáticos. Usa tu creatividad en el arte culinario. ¡Sorpréndenos!
También puedes deleitar a mamá con un desayuno sorpresa en la cama: Levántate temprano, prepara su desayuno favorito y llévale la bandeja a la cama junto con una tarjeta con un mensaje especial.
Disfruta de una actividad junto a mamá: Puede ser una actividad, curso o taller donde ambos disfruten, como cocina, pintura, baile o cerámica. Es una encantadora forma de fortalecer las conexiones familiares
Un picnic sorpresa para mamá: Elige un lugar al aire libre con un ambiente agradable, prepara una cesta con comida deliciosa y disfruta de un día en familia bajo el sol, recuerda anexar a las decoraciones algo alusivo a las matemáticas.
Un maratón de películas con temática matemática: Disfruten de una bella tarde o noche de películas junto a mamá, que exploren el mundo de las matemáticas. Algunas opciones recomendadas son: "Hidden Figures", "The Man Who Knew Infinity" o "Stand and Deliver".
Recuerda que esto es una pequeña sugerencia, puedes visualizar cualquier otra película donde se aprecien los números. Elijan sus películas o series favoritas, preparen palomitas de maíz y snacks, y acurrúquense en el sofá para una tarde o noche de cine en casa.
- Un mural de mujeres matemáticas: Indaguen sobre las mujeres que han hecho importantes contribuciones a las matemáticas a lo largo de la historia y creen un mural con sus fotos, biografías y logros. Puedes elaborar una publicación donde menciones a las damas que han marcado pautas en las matemáticas. Recuerda mencionar a tu mamá pues te enseño a leer, escribir y a sumar.

Enjoy an activity with mom: It can be an activity, course or workshop that you both enjoy, such as cooking, painting, dancing or pottery. It's a lovely way to strengthen family connections.
