Some of you may have noticed that comments were not getting curated for a few weeks leading up to the beginning of May. This is because our dedicated comment curator, @chm-writes, had fallen ill with Typhoid fever! This is a substantial infection which takes a significant amount of recovery, even when treated correctly and in a timely manner.
When I saw that she had stopped curating, I knew that something was not right. After reaching out to her a couple of times, I found out what had happened. Understanding the gravity of the situation, I ensured that she focus on her health and resume duties only when feeling healthy enough to do so. She also received her entire month’s pay for April, because this illness was not something that she wanted nor could control. Illness should not be punished.
Fortunately, she has been back for the last week or so, curating comments once again! As she continues to do so, please give her some well-wishes for a speedy and complete recovery.
Also, a little slice of this post’s rewards will go straight to her to help with the rewards she could not receive while she was sick.

I pray for her early recovery.
I know typhoid takes at least 2/3 weeks time, I have had experience with typhoid, and it weakens the body. She should take rest and focus on her health. Health is wealth and Health is supreme and paramount.
