It definitely is a masterpiece and a timeless game. On 2013 Nintendo released "A Link Between Worlds" that is a sequel and remake at the same time, if you have the opportunity you should try it!

I have played it. It is actually the only game on the 3DS that I ever completed. Amazing game and would have enjoyed playing it on a big screen. I hope they continue to make the more "classic looking" Zelda titles instead of just focusing on 3D and pushing systems to the limit.
