It's been a while since I last shared about Wild Rift, the so-called League of Legends for mobile devices. Today, I came to share a bit of my journey in this small universe of League of Legends, specifically about my arduous struggle to get out of Gold rank. Anyone who plays knows that this phase can be a real roller-coaster of emotions, so sit back and let's talk about this intense experience.
We are starting the second phase of the season, and it seems that I am quite behind, staying in Gold III. After some recent updates this season, the rewards are getting more interesting, and now we have the chance to participate in the Legendary Challenge. For those who don't know, the Legendary Challenge is an incredible opportunity to showcase your skills and earn even better prizes. But honestly, just thinking about all this gives me butterflies in my stomach. Every match seems to be a test of endurance and skill.
Today, I was selected for the top lane, playing with our dear and "overpowered" Garen. It's funny how the game challenges you in every match, and it seems like a joke because this time, my opponent in the lane was a Singed. For me, Singed is that champion who seems to be there just to mess up the game. You know that kind of character that you look at and think:
"Seriously, what is this guy doing here?"
Well, that's Singed for me. He has that annoying ability to spread poison wherever he goes and run like crazy, which can be a real headache if you don't know how to deal with him. Garen, on the other hand, is an off-tank with quite interesting explosive damage, in this case, his Ultimate, besides being a champion with a strong presence and the ability to sustain and deal impressive damage constantly.
I tried to play smart, even with the advantage over Singed, focusing solely on split-pushing as many towers as possible.
The start of the match was quite balanced for my team. I kept my focus on farming and avoiding unnecessary trades, especially against a Singed who can control the wave as he wishes. However, Singed, being the troll he is, was more concerned with spreading poison and annoying me than actually winning the lane.
That's great for me, haha.
I managed some good trades and held my position. It's always satisfying when you catch the right moment and give your opponent a good beating. But as we all know, Wild Rift is a team game, and it's no use dominating the lane if the rest of the team isn't doing well. Communication with the team is crucial. In this match, we had some ups and downs. I tried to coordinate with our jungler for some plays, but it doesn't always work out. Frustration hits when you see a perfect play turn into a disaster due to lack of synchronization. It's at these times that you realize how important it is to stay calm and focused, even when things aren't going as planned.
We had some good team fights like in the image above, securing the Dragon. Gradually, we were winning almost all the lanes, and it was an advantage that all our towers were still standing. The Singed on the other side was getting more and more annoying, but nothing that a good Garen ult couldn't solve. That moment when you activate Demacian Justice and see the enemy's life drop is simply satisfying. I like to use it when I have Black Cleaver, as it gives you important penetration on the target.
In the end, we secured the victory, with me being the highlight of the match with 8 kills, 2 deaths, and 6 assists. I thought Master Yi would be the highlight, he was really unstoppable and managed to outperform the enemy jungler.

Já faz um bom tempo que não compartilho sobre Wild Rift, o chamado League of Legends para dispositivos móveis. Hoje eu vim compartilhar um pouco da minha jornada nesse pequeno universo de League of Legends, especificamente sobre a minha luta árdua para sair do elo Ouro. Quem joga sabe que essa fase pode ser uma verdadeira montanha-russa de emoções, então senta aí e vamos conversar sobre essa experiência intensa.
Estamos começando a segunda fase da temporada e as parece que eu estou bastante atrasado me mantendo no Ouro III. Após algumas atualizações recentes nessa temporada, as recompensas estão ficando mais interessantes e agora temos a chance de participar do Desafio Lendário. Para quem não sabe, o Desafio Lendário é uma oportunidade incrível de mostrar suas habilidades e ganhar prêmios ainda melhores. Mas, sinceramente, só de pensar em tudo isso já fico com aquele friozinho na barriga. Cada partida parece ser uma prova de resistência e habilidade.
Hoje, fui selecionado para a rota do topo, jogando com o nosso querido e "roubado" Garen. É engraçado como o jogo te desafia a cada partida e parece brincadeira já que dessa vez, meu adversário na rota era um Singed. Para mim, Singed é aquele campeão que parece estar lá só para zoar a partida. Sabe aquele tipo de personagem que você olha e pensa:
"Sério, o que esse cara está fazendo aqui?"
Pois é, esse é o Singed para mim. Ele tem aquela habilidade irritante de espalhar veneno por onde passa e correr feito um louco, o que pode ser uma verdadeira dor de cabeça se você não souber lidar com ele. Garen, por outro lado, um off-tanque com um dano explosivo bastante interessante, no caso sua Ultimate, além de ser campeão com uma presença forte e uma capacidade de sustentar e causar dano impressionante constantemente.
Tentei jogar de maneira inteligente, mesmo com a vantagem sobre Singed, foquei apenas em conseguir splitar a maior quantidade de torres possíveis.
O começo da partida foi bem equilibrado para meu time, mantive meu foco em farmar e evitar trocas desnecessárias, ainda mais contra um Singed que pode controlar a Wave como desejar. Porém, Singed, sendo o troll que é, estava mais preocupado em espalhar veneno e irritar do que realmente ganhar a rota.
Isso é ótimo para mim Haha.
Consegui algumas boas trocas e mantive minha posição. É sempre satisfatório quando você consegue pegar aquele momento certo e dar uma boa surra no adversário. Mas como todos sabemos, Wild Rift é um jogo de equipe e não adianta dominar a rota se o resto do time não está se saindo bem. A comunicação com o time é crucial. Nessa partida, tivemos alguns altos e baixos. Tentei coordenar com nosso jungler para algumas jogadas, mas nem sempre dá certo. A frustração bate quando você vê uma jogada perfeita se transformar em um desastre por falta de sincronia. É nessas horas que você percebe como é importante manter a calma e o foco, mesmo quando as coisas não estão indo como planejado.
Conseguimos algumas boas lutas em equipe como na imagem acima conquistando o Dragao, aos poucos, fomos ganhando praticamente todas as rotas, era uma vantagem de que todas as nossas torres ainda estavam em pé. O Singed do outro lado estava cada vez mais irritante, mas nada que uma boa ult do Garen não resolva. Aquele momento em que você ativa a Justiça Demaciana e vê a vida do inimigo despencar é simplesmente satisfatório, eu gosto de utilizar quando estou com Cutelo Negro, faz você ter uma penetração importante no alvo.
Por fim, conseguimos a vitória, sendo eu destaque da partida com 8 eliminações, 2 mortes e 6 assistências. Eu achei que o Master Yi ia conseguir ser o destaque, ele estava realmente imparável e conseguiu se sair melhor que o Jungler inimigo.
