Hello dear Hive gaming community, today I bring you a post talking about Katana Zero, because I played this game again when I recently bought it on Steam, since it was on discount, so besides it is a great game, I did not hesitate to buy it.
I had already played this game a long time ago when I was starting on the platform, but at that time I didn't even know how to make posts and I also had no idea about buying games.
Without further introduction, let's see what this great game is about.
The Story of Zero.
The game is about an expert swordsman named Zero, who for some reason has the power to slow down time, I would say he has the ability to move very fast making his surroundings move in slow motion, but when he slows down time Zero also moves very slowly, making us able to dodge things as if we were a kind of Neo in matrix.
We will control this swordsman, doing the job of being hitmen or bounty hunter, although I do not know how this person is called, but the point is that we are given orders to kill or rescue important people and we with these skills with the sword and time control will have to go to meet, at first it is not well understood why we follow these orders, but then I think we are explained.
Our first mission is to rescue an American scientist.
But we fail in our first mission because at the moment of the escape the scientist falls to the floor to complain about something and out of nowhere his head explodes from an artifact he had under his clothes.
We then realize that the device was activated by a guy who was downstairs waiting for us to try to leave to detonate the bomb.
A subject who entered saying a phrase in Russian that I still do not know what it means, plus he says the phrase "I hope you recorded it.", being something that for a moment I thought it was a phrase intended to break the fourth wall, but as far as I remember the game does not have those touches of comedy with the player, but it was the first thing I thought.
After this, the guy in question we see that he sends some henchmen to kill us, but Zero is a god with his katana and has no problem defeating anyone.
Once we defeat these people, we won't leave the scene quickly and see a sign saying that our bosses are unhappy that the rescue mission went wrong.
At the end of this statement we return to our apartment, where detailing the place we can see that our neighbors on one side are very partying and on the other side there is no one living, last and not least, we can see that our dear Zero is a messy person and has his apartment a mess with a lot of garbage, although the truth I do not judge him, he being a mercenary will not have time to clean, I that there was a time where I had my room like that.
If we approach the kitchen of the apartment and approach a cup of tea that will give us the option to be able to drink it, I don't know how it affects the character to drink the tea or not, but I do it because I can.
On the other side of the apartment we can see that there is a TV in front of a sofa, we can approach the TV and turn it on to watch the news, I have a theory that this game has many hidden achievements, so I've spent it doing absurd things like staying listening to all the complete news.
In the interesting news we can only highlight one in which they talked about the massacre we caused and about the death of the scientist.
Davoud Bey, a government scientist who had been missing for three weeks.
It seems that the scientist we saw his head exploding was none other than a scientist who had been kidnapped for several days and a gang was framed for the massacre that happened here.
Then we see that in the news they change the subject to talk about something about the release of chemicals in the water of a district, I do not know in which district our character is living, so I do not know whether to be concerned about this or not to pay attention to this fact.
When they finished talking about this topic they repeated the news again as if they were on loop on TV, I decided to go to sleep to see what happened the next day.
We fell asleep and started having a very weird dream, one of those weird dreams that everyone says mean something,,,but they are very weird to explain.
There is a version of us in child who is playing throw the ball with a distorted silhouette that seems to be a girl with bows, behind her was another distorted silhouette that seemed to be a machine, all this is happening in an old house that is flying in space.
After a while of playing we can see that everything turns a shade of red and a larger silhouette enters the house and approaches us quickly, but each time it advances it looks more like a monster.
After this, our whole screen becomes like a TV with no signal.
Zero wakes up looking scared, thinking he had that tea.
From here we went to our psychiatrist, being the one who gives us the missions.
But we'll see that in the next chapter of this wonderful game.

Hola querida comunidad de Hive gaming, el día de hoy les traigo un post hablando sobre Katana Zero, debido a que volví a jugar este juego cuando hace poco lo compre en Steam, ya que estaba en descuento, así que además que es una gran juego, no me dude en comprarlo.
Ya este juego lo había jugado hace mucho tiempo cuando estaba comenzando en la plataforma, pero en ese momento no sabía ni hacer posts y tampoco tenía ni idea de sobre comprar juegos.
Sin más introducción, vamos a ver sobre que trata esta gran juego.
La Historia de Zero.
El juego trata de un experto espadachín llamado Zero, quien por alguna razón tiene el poder de ralentizar el tiempo, diría que tiene la habilidad de moverse muy rápidamente haciendo que su alrededor se mueva en cámara lenta, pero cuando ralentiza el tiempo Zero también se mueve muy lentamente, haciendo que podamos esquivar las cosas como si fuéramos una clase de Neo en matrix.
Nosotros controlaremos a este espadachín, haciendo el trabajo de ser sicarios o caza recompensa, aunque no sé como se le llama a esta persona, pero el punto es que nos dan órdenes de matar o de rescatar a personas importantes y nosotros con estas habilidades con la espada y con el control del tiempo tendremos que ir a cumplir, al principio no se entiende muy bien por qué seguimos estas órdenes, pero luego creo se nos explican.
Nuestra primera misión es rescatar a un científico estadounidense.
Pero fallamos en nuestra primera misión porque en el momento del escape el científico se cae al piso a quejarse por algo y de nada la cabeza le explota por un artefacto que tenía debajo de la ropa.
Luego nos damos cuenta de que el artefacto fue activado por un sujeto que estaba en la parte de abajo esperando a que intentáramos salir para detonar la bomba.
Un sujeto que entro diciendo una frase en ruso que aún no sé que significa, además que dice la frase "Espero que lo hayas grabado.", siendo algo que por un momento pensaba que era una frase que pretendía romper la cuarta pared, pero que yo recuerde el juego no tiene esas toques de comedia con el jugador, pero fue lo primero que pensé.
Luego de esto, el sujeto en cuestión vemos que envía a unos secuaces para que nos maten, pero Zero es un dios con su katana y no tiene ningún problema en derrotar a cualquiera.
Una vez derrotada estas personas, no iremos de la escena rápidamente y veremos un cartel que dice que nuestros jefes están descontentos con el hecho de que la misión de rescatar haya salido mal.
Al terminar este comunicado volvemos a nuestro apartamento, donde detallando el lugar podemos ver que nuestros vecinos de un lado son muy fiesteros y que del otro lado no hay nadie viviendo, por último y no menos importante, podemos ver que nuestro querido Zero es una persona desordenada y que tiene su apartamento hecho un desastre con un montón de basura, aunque la verdad no lo juzgo, él siendo un mercenario no tendrá tiempo para limpiar, yo que había una época donde tenía mi cuarto así.
Si nos acercamos a la cocina del apartamento y nos acercamos a una taza de té que nos dará la opción de poder bebérnosla, no sé en qué afecte al personaje tomarse el té o no, pero yo lo hago porque puedo.
Al otro lado del apartamento podemos ver que hay un televisor delante de un sofá, podemos acercarnos al televisor y encenderlo para ver las noticias, tengo la teoría de que este juego tiene muchos logros escondidos, así que me la he pasado haciendo cosas absurdas como quedarme escuchando todas las noticias completas.
En las noticias interesantes solo podemos resaltar una en la que hablaban sobre la masacre que causamos y sobre la muerte del científico.

Parece que al científico que vimos como le explotaba la cabeza era nada más y nada menos que un científico que llevaba bastantes días secuestrados e inculparon a una pandilla por la masacre que sucedió en este lugar.
Después vemos que en las noticias cambian de tema para hablar sobre algo de liberación de químicos en el agua de un distrito, no sé en qué distrito está viviendo nuestro personaje, así que no sé si estar preocupado por esto o no prestarle atención a este hecho.
Al acabar de hablar de este tema volvieron a repetir las noticias como si estuvieran en bucle en la televisión, decidí irme a dormir para ver que sucedía al día siguiente.
Nos quedamos dormidos y comenzamos a tener un sueño muy raro, de esos sueños raros que todos dicen que significan algo,, pero son muy raros al explicarlos.
Está una versión de nosotros en niño que está jugando a lanzar la pelota con una silueta distorsionada que parece ser una niña con moños, detrás de ella había otra silueta distorsionada que parecía ser una máquina, todo esto está sucediendo en una casa antigua que está volando en el espacio.
Luego de un rato de estar jugando podemos ver que todo se pone de un tono de color rojo y entra a la casa una silueta más grande que se acerca a nosotros rápidamente, pero cada vez que avanza se ve más como si fuera un monstruo.
Luego de esto, toda nuestra pantalla se pone como un televisor sin señal.
Zero se despierta con cara de que asustado, pensando, que tenía ese té.
De aquí nos fuimos a nuestro siquiatra, quien es el que nos da las misiones.
Pero eso lo veremos en el siguiente capítulo de este maravilloso juego.

Está bien psicodélico el juego, me encanta. Aunque hubiera querido leer más sobre la jugabilidad.

Una plata que bancolombia me tuvo retenida como por dos mese JJAJAJJAJAJJAJA.
Katana Zero es de esos que empecé varias veces antes de verdaderamente terminarlo, me atrajo la idea de que se parecía de cierto modo a Hotline Miami pero con cámara lenta y espadas, la verdad es que es un juegazo, ojalá le sacaran alguna vez especie de secuela.
La verdad que si, te das cuenta que he jugado al Hotline miami y a este juego seguido y la verdad que los dos juegos se parecen muchísimo en el estilo de juego y en los gráficos. No creo que este juego tenga una secuela, pero en lo ultimo que hemos visto a esta franquicia fue en una colaboración con Dead Cells.
Ta lindo el juego, pero no tanto como tu, me hubiera gustado ver un poco del gameplay pero ya lo veo en youtube.

Bello que eres, te adoro hermano, pendiente con los gameplay que te dan epilepsia jajajaja.
Recuerdo jugar una versión muy temprana, hace varios años. Lo tengo anotado para regresar y ver los nuevos capítulos que han introducido. Creo que pocos juegos logran darte la sensación que este te da con su gameplay, el tener que hacer todo casi perfecto para ir avanzando, esquivando, cortando proyectiles, es increíble.
Yo conocí este juego ya en su versión final, y siento que es un juego muy completo, no le hace falta nada ya que todo sus sistemas están muy terminados, un juego de los que no encuentras en cualquier lado.
