Tenías semanas sin salir o hacer diligencias y el día de ayer fue un día de eso y aunque no madrugue si me levanté más temprano de mi hora habitual me arregle y salí fue una mañana bastante productiva aunque a media mañana tenía hambre debí llevarme una manzana 😅 o desayunar... pero algo que me cuesta es desayunar temprano prefiero hacerlo a la 9 de la mañana, incluso prefiero hacer ejercicios temprano y en ayunas, ya literalmente me queda una semana de vacación para comenzar con la rutina así que la aprovechare para descansar y planificar cual será mi horario para hacer las cosas cuando mi hija inicie estudiar (prescolar) y yo también (mi curso de uñas) por aquí unas selfies de ayer, sin más feliz viernes amigos.

You had weeks without going out or running errands and yesterday was a day of that and although I didn't get up early if I got up earlier than my usual time I got dressed and went out it was a pretty productive morning although in the middle of the morning I was hungry I should have taken an apple 😅 or have breakfast.... but something that is hard for me is to have breakfast early I prefer to do it at 9 in the morning, I even prefer to exercise early and fasting, I literally have a week of vacation left to start with the routine so I will take advantage of it to rest and plan what will be my schedule to do things when my daughter starts studying (preschool) and me too (my nail course) here some selfies of yesterday, without further ado happy friday friends.
