Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una actividad que hicimos el día de ayer en la escuela de mi hijo, esta semana la escuela estuvo en su aniversario numero 20 y decidieron tomar esta semana para ver clases y además para celebrar en ciertos momentos del día, la semana cerraría con un paseo al parque Zoologico, que, aunque no fue lo que esperaba, disfrute mucho poder compartir con mi hijo y conocer a sus compañeros de clases, la asistencia de los padres no fue obligatoria pero yo quería presentarme para apoyar a la maestra ya que ella cuenta con una cantidad de alumnos bastante grande y pensaba que quizás sería algo difícil de manejar en un paseo, debo ser sincera con ustedes, a mi realmente no me gustan los niños, creo que solo amo al mío jajajaa, pero ayer pude interactuar con otros niños y a pesar de estar muy nerviosa por tener a nuestro cuidado casi 20 niños pequeños, me di cuenta que hay muchos que tienen una personalidad muy bonita y amable, eso me tranquiliza un poco la verdad.

Today I want to share with you an activity that we did yesterday at my son's school, this week the school was in its 20th anniversary and decided to take this week to see classes and also to celebrate at certain times of the day, the week would close with a trip to the zoo, which, although it was not what I expected, I really enjoyed sharing with my son and meeting his classmates, the attendance of the parents was not mandatory but I wanted to show up to support the teacher since she has quite a large number of students and I thought it might be a little difficult to handle on a field trip, I must be honest with you, I really do not like children, I think I just love mine hahaha, but yesterday I was able to interact with other kids and despite being very nervous about having almost 20 young children in our care, I realized that there are many who have a very nice and kind personality, that reassures me a little truth.
Al principio tenia dudas si ir o no, pero creí que a mi hijo le gustaría que lo acompañara, el se puso muy feliz cuando le dije que iría con él, muy temprano mi esposo llevo a mi hijo a la escuela y yo espere en casa haciendo los preparativos para llevar cosas al parque zoológico, el paseo salía a las 9 am asi que me dio tiempo de hacer todo, llegue a la escuela a las 8:40 am aproximadamente y esperaba entrar al salón y ver muchas mamas acompañando a sus hijos, pero solamente estaba la maestra, otra mamá y yo.
Sé que es algo difícil ya que muchos deben trabajar para poder sobrevivir y quizás por eso la ausencia de tantos padres, pero si me sorprendió bastante porque pensé que al menos vería a 4 o 5 padres más.
At first I had doubts whether to go or not, but I thought my son would like me to go with him, he was very happy when I told him I would go with him, very early my husband took my son to school and I waited at home making preparations to take things to the zoo, the ride was leaving at 9 am so I had time to do everything, I arrived at school at about 8:40 am and expected to enter the classroom and see many moms accompanying their children, but there was only the teacher, another mom and me.
I know it is difficult since many of them have to work to survive and maybe that is why so many parents were absent, but I was quite surprised because I thought I would see at least 4 or 5 more parents.
Mi hijo se emociono mucho al verme llegar e inmediatamente dejo de jugar con sus amigos, para venir hacia mí, yo preferí decirle que siguiera compartiendo con sus amigos ya que me interesaba mucho ver como se desenvolvía en la escuela, esto es algo que siempre he querido saber ya que mi hijo aun le cuesta un poco comunicarse, siempre me menciona a un amigo, pero el es muy tímido y no se si me estaba diciendo la verdad, estuve todo el día observando eso para quedarme un poco mas tranquila.
En fin, cuando llegue pasaron unos 5 minutos cuando dieron la orden de salir, el Zoologico queda literalmente al lado de la escuela asi que no fue tan dificil llegar, pero si teníamos que esperar a cada grupo ya que el paseo seria para toda la escuela, osea, todos los grados y secciones.
My son was very excited to see me arrive and immediately stopped playing with his friends to come to me, I preferred to tell him to continue sharing with his friends because I was very interested to see how he was doing at school, this is something I have always wanted to know because my son still has a little difficulty communicating, he always mentions a friend, but he is very shy and I do not know if he was telling me the truth, I was watching all day to stay a little calmer.
Anyway, when I arrived it was about 5 minutes later when they gave the order to leave, the Zoo is literally next to the school so it was not so difficult to get there, but we had to wait for each group since the tour would be for the whole school, that is, all grades and sections.
Cuando llegamos al zoológico me pareció algo extraño que solo caminábamos sin ver a los animales, los niños estaban un poco desesperados y yo bastante nerviosa, ya no tenia que estar al cuidado de solamente mi hijo si no de todos los niños varones, la otra mamá que estaba con nosotros estaba vigilando a las niñas, entonces al pasar por algunas zonas como por ejemplo donde están los cocodrilos los niños salían corriendo a verlos y se quitaban de la formación, tenía que estar detrás de ellos y colocarlos nuevamente en la fila aun sin entender el por qué, solo siguiendo indicaciones de la maestra, después me enteré por la maestra que el Zoologico no dio el permiso para que los niños pudieran acercarse a los animales ya que eran demasiados niños, algo que me pareció bastante mal por que si vas a un zoológico la idea es ver a los animales, pero bueno, básicamente el paseo fue para salir de la rutina, compartir y hacer algunas actividades con el profesor de educación física y la maestra de cultura.
When we arrived at the zoo I found it a little strange that we only walked without seeing the animals, the children were a little desperate and I was quite nervous, I no longer had to be in the care of only my son but of all the boys, the other mom who was with us was watching the girls, then when we passed through some areas such as where the crocodiles are the children ran out to see them and were removed from the formation, I had to be behind them and put them back in line even without understanding why, just following the teacher's instructions, then I found out from the teacher that the Zoo did not give permission for children to approach the animals because there were too many children, something that seemed pretty bad because if you go to a zoo the idea is to see the animals, but well, basically the walk was to get out of the routine, share and do some activities with the physical education teacher and the culture teacher.
Algo que me puso muy contenta fue ver que mi hijo si tenia un amigo como me había mencionado, desde que llegue a la escuela lo vi con el jugando y cuando mi hijo se ponía a llorar por alguna cosa su amigo venia a consolarlo, me dio mucha ternura ver eso, lo sostuvo de la mano y jugaron mucho, incluso compartieron las frutas que lleve de merienda para mi hijo, es un niño muy tranquilo y eso me hizo sentir bien.
Something that made me very happy was to see that my son did have a friend as he had mentioned, since I arrived at school I saw him playing with him and when my son started to cry about something his friend came to comfort him, it was very tender to see that, he held his hand and they played a lot, they even shared the fruits that I brought as a snack for my son, he is a very calm child and that made me feel good.
También compartí con los demás niños y una de las niñas que me pareció bastante adorable, ella hablaba conmigo como si me conociera de toda la vida jajajaja, y algunos me sorprendieron por su manera de expresarse, escuche a algunos niños de 6 años hablando sobre el video juego de Five nights at Freddy’s que, por si no lo conoce, es un juego de terror que se hizo bastante popular en estos últimos años, yo quede en shock, viendo como unos niños hablaban de ese juego jajaja.
I also shared with the other kids and one of the girls that I found quite adorable, she talked to me as if she knew me all my life hahahaha, and some of them surprised me by their way of expressing themselves, I heard some 6 year old kids talking about the video game Five nights at Freddy's which, in case you don't know it, is a horror game that became quite popular in recent years, I was in shock, seeing how some kids talked about that game hahahaha.
Y bueno, a pesar de no poder ver a los animales, la pasamos bien, fue una lluvia de emociones estar allí y me alegra haber sido parte de esto, espero que mi hijo lo recuerde con cariño cuando este más grande, además de que fue bueno también para la maestra ya que pudimos ayudarla aunque sea un poco, ella me agradeció mucho mi asistencia y decía que si no iba ninguna mamá o papá probablemente se hubiese vuelto loca jajaja y la entiendo, no es fácil, ser maestro es una de las profesiones más importantes y más difíciles a mi parecer, hay que tener muchísima paciencia y tacto, por suerte todo salió bien y fue un día diferente que quedara como un lindo recuerdo en nuestras vidas.
And well, despite not being able to see the animals, we had a good time, it was a shower of emotions to be there and I'm glad to have been part of this, I hope my son will remember it fondly when he is older, plus it was also good for the teacher because we could help her even a little, She thanked me very much for my assistance and said that if no mom or dad was there she probably would have gone crazy hahaha and I understand her, it is not easy, being a teacher is one of the most important and difficult professions in my opinion, you need to have a lot of patience and tact, luckily everything went well and it was a different day that will remain as a nice memory in our lives.
Por cierto, aquí dos fotos de los únicos animales que pude ver jaja, uno de cerca (que fue este pájaro que se nos acercó, los niños se asustaron y empezaron a correr) y el otro un tigre blanco que se dejó ver a lo lejos cuando íbamos saliendo del Zoológico, y eso fue todo.
