Yul Edochie, one of Nigeria’s beloved thespians, broke the internet this week of the birth of his son by another woman. Surprisingly, this child was not birthed by his wife but a second wife.

How could a man who claimed to love, respect and cherish the woman who stood by him for nearly twenty years, get another woman pregnant?

Humans are unpredictable. The person you wholeheartedly trust today could be the person who back stabs you tomorrow. Based on the post on the first wife’s Instagram page, you can tell that she is deeply hurt.
The deed has been done. Yul married the other woman. I am disappointed but what right do I have since it’s not my life. A lot of people claiming moral grounds are actually worse.
This a cautionary tale. Try not expect so much from people, unfortunately, those who love us and we love back are no exceptions.
