(Only mental strength can help ourselves to reach our destination)

Dear friends,
I wish you all a happy Sunday. I hope you all are safely enjoying your weekend.

Today I also decided to relax because for a few days;
I was going through a busy schedule.

Now let me share with you the thought that comes to my mind while watching 'Khatron ke Khiladi.'

Many participants in the show came and performed to overcome their fears.

While watching the show, the thought came to mind that Our mind determines our body most of the time.

If people can be mentally strong, then they can overcome several physical impediments.

In our daily life, we often give up easily several times because of our mental weaknesses.

Our body performance depends on our mental strength.

The only fearless mind can help us to provide physical strength.

People who practice meditation are much more fearless people rather than other people.

We can control our minds with positive thinking and speculation.

We often see mountains, athletics, trekkers, astronauts, and many more who failed several times but never missed attempting them again and again.

That determination of mind helps them to achieve their goal.

(Mansi Joshi- A para shuttler, software engineer and gold medalist)

source

I believe those who love sports and live in India heard about Mansi Joshi.

A para shuttler, who won the gold medal;
in the year 2019, at the para-badminton championship.

She was physically normal until she was 23years. She was a software engineer.

She met with an accident while passing through the road with her two-wheeler.

She broke her arms and her one leg amputated. The Gujarati girl may physically be wrecked by that accident;
but that accident wasn't able to Snatch her mental strength.

After 45 days, she was discharged from the hospital. She took the help of yoga and meditation;
and quit her job, and concentrated on her favorite sport, badminton. In the year 2018, she enrolled herself in P. Gopichand academy, and the rest were history.

(Every sunrise brings a new hope)

Lastly, I would say try to control your mind to create history.
