Yep, the Autumn has gone and Winter is here, but not much snow yet where I'm living. It's cold though, and we're hoping for White Christmas as every year 😉

Year end companies tend to push you more from October to December, know the feeling of simply being too tired to care for much other than a weekend walk when I was still working in an office.

Staying in one position for too long eventually the powers that be take advantage, it does get worse toward the end. Young folks need to be introduced years before you leave, many battle to simply grasp concept of a days work.
All the best for the holidays when you get to them and love to the family as always, stay safe!
We are happy that we finally get a few new co-workers and we are interviewing a lot of people at the moment to see who will suit our team, and it will be a lot of work to teach them, so that they know how to work alone until my boss and I leave in about 3-4 years.
I hope you also have a good Christmas time ... and that your son is doing well in NZ.
Sorry for the late reply, but after long days I don't even turn the computer on, and so I take advantage of lunch time to do something online, like today 😉

Looking for the right person who is prepared to stay, learn then take over, it's good to give them a couple of years.
My son is back from NZ with on offer still on the table which we hope will come to fruition in the New Year, time will tell. Younger son now employed and will be moving closer to place of employment in the new year, lot of change happening under my roof at the moment.
Never apologize as I am aware your work and long hours are very restricting. Best regards to the family, enjoy your time together sharing with siblings, parents and children.
