So we finally got to checkout our dream property. This property we found on internet about 6 months ago, when we were still in Canada, and we really liked it.
The reason I say it is our dream property is because we have been looking for properties in El Salvador for few years now and this property was just the perfect property for so many reasons and if God blesses us with this property, we can do so many things with it and it is located in just the right spot. We can't get a more perfect spot than this.
It is a 11.5 acre flat land property with 4 water wells. One of wells is the biggest well we ever saw. I had no idea that a well could be this big.
The real estate person thinks that this had to be an idustrial well. You can't really see it hos big it actually is from the picture, but it actually looked pretty scary because of how big it was.
This property is in Santa Ana and it is right next to Ciudad Real, where we live ( our neighbourhood).
This land is not located in the middle of nowhere, it's all flat land with a very good soil, where the land is pretty pricy because of the quality of soil and the water is just underneath so you don't need to dig deep to get water for watering. Plus the property already has 4 wells which are always full of water and never run out.
Plus it has the watering system ready.
The whole property is nicely fanced and there is a house where the people who work for you / take care of your property live.
This property is pretty much in city and we live right next to it, so we can be there every day, until we can actually build a nice house here and eventually live here.
This land is ready for a cow farm right away, since the grass for the cows has been already planted, but because it is the end of summer and this land has not been worked for a year or more, it looks really dry.
But very soon the rain season is comming, so the grass will turn nice and green within no time.
This property also has a feeder already built and it looks pretty clean and not used. All we need to do finish the roof and of course do a lot of cleaning up to do.
There actually was one cow on this land that the caretaker owns.
We would also use 3 or more acres to plant watermelons to sell and of course have my own garden and all kinds of all fruit trees around the property, including coconut trees. And see how that goes and go from there. We will see from there what makes more income and what diesn't.
This property is about 2 minute drive to the highway and it has two different roads and entrances to this property, which is another bonus.
Right now there are subdivisions getting build everywhere near us and all this beautiful coffee farms and sugarcane farms are dissapearing, which is so sad to see, but this is another great bonus fof us since it gives more value to this property.
We can also build a gym on this propery where we can continue to teach kickboxing and boxing since there are people everywhere, since we are pretty much in a city with a very easy access to it.
This property is perfect not just for farming, but also for any business because of the location.
There were many beautiful mango trees on this property, filled with mangos, but they are still not ready, even though green young mangos are also very popular here when you prepare them with some hot sauce.
We absolutely loved the property.
Now, we just have to sell our beach in order to get this property.
