Happy New Year! We humbly welcome the newbies to a profound new year and wish them the best life can offer.

We are rounding this set of newbies with this last task and for this task, we want to know how much the newbies initiative has been of benefit to the newbies. We understand that from our side, we were not able to go through all the planned tasks but yet we tried as much to support our newbies.

Also, we would like to know the plans our newbies have for 2022 and how they plan to make the year for their good.

¡Feliz Año Nuevo! Damos humildemente la bienvenida a los novatos a un profundo año nuevo y les deseamos lo mejor que la vida pueda ofrecer.

Con esta última tarea, queremos saber en qué medida la iniciativa de los novatos ha sido beneficiosa para ellos. Entendemos que, por nuestra parte, no hemos sido capaces de realizar todas las tareas previstas, pero aún así hemos intentado apoyar a nuestros novatos.

Además, nos gustaría conocer los planes que nuestros novatos tienen para 2022 y cómo piensan hacer el año para su bien.

RECOUNT OF GOALS MADE AND PLANS FOR 2022

The task is very simple. You only need to go back to your first task where you made goals of how much you want to have achieved by the end of the program. Compare yourself now to how you were then and tell us the difference. it could be difference in hive power, followers, and reputation.

We really love to know how much this initiative has been of help to you and what you think we need to improve on. We believe we are not perfect and that we hold some shortcomings; we would appreciate you highlighting them and also how we think we can solve the issue.

Also, we want to know your plans for 2022 hivewise. How do you plan to grow, what is your next goal for the end of the year. We know that goal setting is very important for one to succeed in this blockchain that is why we ask this question.

RECUENTO DE OBJETIVOS ALCANZADOS Y PLANES PARA 2022

La tarea es muy sencilla. Sólo tienes que volver a tu primera tarea en la que te pusiste metas de lo que querías haber conseguido al final del programa. Compárese ahora con cómo estaba entonces y díganos la diferencia. podría ser la diferencia en poder de la colmena, seguidores y reputación.

Nos encanta saber cuánto te ha ayudado esta iniciativa y en qué crees que debemos mejorar. Creemos que no somos perfectos y que tenemos algunas deficiencias; te agradeceríamos que las pusieras de manifiesto y también cómo creemos que podemos resolver el problema.

Además, queremos conocer sus planes para 2022 en cuanto a la colmena. Cómo piensan crecer, cuál es su próximo objetivo para el final del año. Sabemos que la fijación de objetivos es muy importante para tener éxito en esta cadena de bloques, por eso hacemos esta pregunta.

Posts made by participating newbies are advised to be shared in the SMILE DISCORD SERVER in #newbies-initiative-posts under the "ALIENTO" category newbies can engage with each other by commenting on shared posts. We will be looking for healthy comments and supporting them through upvotes or tips via the @peakd tipping system.
Engaging with other newbies is a very important requirement. Comments give life to the blockchain, and they are a great way to meet new friends and expand our vision of Hive.
