Marketing Strategy

For the past few months, I've had the honor of developing market entry strategies for a variety of brands.

One thing that stood out during this creation was the uniqueness of each brand and their ecosystem

It was so interesting to see how these different ecosystems interact.

"One of the reasons why most marketing strategies fail relies on how often we generalize a market," I realized.

We approach each market without first gaining a thorough understanding of the market's major elements.

Elements like;

- How best you can communicate and the language of communication

- How they interact and engage

- Their purchasing power(Your target audience)

- What has changed in your market this year?

- What has changed with your competitors? What are they no longer doing?

In a nutshell, you should have a clear understanding of your market

Don't use the strategy you used last year in your previous industry on this new one.

You will save yourself some energy

This is from my experience and my journey

Make sure you learn from it and avoid similar mistakes in the future, or even improve the quality of knowledge you already have.
