So, We are here again on another Sunday, It's a day where we can do some creative tasks and share them with our Hive family.

I am a deep lover of this dish and it's been a month since we have cooked this. No day is better than Sunday to cook this dish.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Kg Boneless chicken
  • 1 TableSpoon Tikka Masala
  • 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Corriander.
  • 1 Teaspoon red Crushed chillies
  • 1/2 Teaspoon turmeric powder.
  • Salt ( as per taste )
  • 2 pinch baking powder.
  • 1/2 Spoon Chaat masala.
  • Yoghurt 2 TableSpoon.
  • 1 Lemon juice.
  • 4 Table Spoon Chickpea flour.
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame seed
  • oil For deep frying.

Cooking Procedure

First of all, we need to wash the chicken and cut it into small pieces as shown in the bowl.

Now add yoghurt to it. yoghurt is added to make this dish soft and juicy.

now squeeze 1 lemon in the bowl.

Now it's Dry spices turn, arrange them on the plate all together.

add all these in the bowl at a time. now mix them very well. After mixing, keep it for half an hour.

Now bring the chickpea Flour.

add it to the bowl and mix it very well.

It will look like this.

now bring the Sesame seed and sprinkle it on the bowl.

in the last step, we will fry these chicken pieces by adding them to the cooking pan one by one.

you need to fry them for about 8-10 minutes until their colour changes to golden.

Here is the Final look of your delicious Dhaka Chicken Pakora.

you can eat them with yoghurt or ketchup, it is your choice or you can also prepare them for your guests.
