Evening stroll along the Resorts World Manila.

After finishing the conference for the day's Philippine Blockchain Week event, I went to the gazebo on the third floor of the Marriott Grand Ballroom to shoot a photo of the iconic Manila sunset above the city. My first ever golden hour snapshot was taken in the capital city in an unusual location because it was taken among the buildings, in contrast to my typical sunset photos, which were typically taken in a rural setting with the sea or river in the background.

Before going downstairs, I waited for a few minutes for night to fall over the city's skyline so I could take a picture of the close-by Montecito Apartment Airport Condotel and Hotel Okura, which are located at the southwest end of the grand ballroom.

The Manila Marriot Hotel, which is visible in the leftmost middle region of the image, is situated in the southeast.

I then proceeded downstairs and made my way to the Belmont Hotel, which is on the opposite side, to capture a picture of the Marriot Grand Ballroom.

That is the close-up photograph of the Marriot Grand Ballroom main building; regrettably, I was unable to get a better photograph since I had to cross the street quickly to continue my photowalk before it started to rain and return to the Holiday Express Inn, where I had originally checked in.

Upon returning to the ground floor of Marriot Grand Ballroom, I immediately took a photograph of the Belmont Hotel.

Fortunately, the drizzle stopped at this point so I could take additional photos to share with the community as I walked south to the hotel where I am staying.

Across the street is the elevated parking adjacent to Belmont Hotel with the view of Hotel Okura.

Then I crossed Newport Boulevard to assess what further structures may be included and how to execute the correct distance and perspective to produce attractive photos and videos of this magnificent metropolitan backdrop.

I was finally able to get some clear visuals of the Marriott Grand Ballroom's other side, which is situated at the junction of Resort Drive and Newport Boulevard. The Ceremonial Hall of the Grand Ballroom may be viewed here as the first structure encountered after leaving the Holiday Express Inn. Indeed, the Marriott Grand Ballroom lives up to its name as the finest and largest ballroom in the Philippines, making it the nation's top MICE or meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions destination.

The west wing of the Manila Marriot Hotel can be seen well after crossing Resort Drive, allowing me to claim that it is among the most opulent places to stay.

A little while after leaving, I took another photo in which the Marriot Grand Ballroom and a portion of the Manila Marriot Hotel are seen connected to an elevated walkway.

Before I continued walking, I asked a passerby to snap one last photo of me in front of the Marriott Grand Ballroom sign as a memento of this spectacular location.

Then as I walk further, I paused for a while and took a photograph of the Garden Wing Cafe.

As I was taking a photo across the street, one of the plants caught my eye. It turned out to be a giant fern that I only see in Baguio City, so I quickly moved in its direction to snap a few photos of the well-known plant that I hardly ever see in the lowlands.

I continued to move forward till I arrived to The Grand Wing Casino's walkway, where I was astounded by the spectacular decoration.

Just a few more steps I will be arriving at the Holiday Express Inn in a couple of minutes and the last structure that I will picture before I reach my destination is the Manila Hilton Hotel.

Finally, I can now make out the outline of the Holiday Express Inn against the dusky sky, which seems to salute and welcome me for having a memorable experience taking a stroll through its opulent and stunning metropolitan setting.

I once more used my mini-tripod to take several selfies as a way to preserve the memory of the gorgeous location where I temporarily resided. First, beside the welcoming shuttle van that is waiting to serve the hotel's guests at any time, however, I chose to walk because I enjoy doing so wherever I go.

As a final reminder of my time spent in this stunning location, I took a selfie next to the Holiday Express Inn sign.

This is the Wednesday Walk I took on September 20 during my second day in Metro Manila while attending the Philippine Blockchain Week Conference. I can humbly say that this was my most memorable Web3 experience as I won a premium ticket to the event when one similar to it was held at Flotsam and Jetsam in San Juan, La Union, Philippines on March 18, 2023.
