It was a partly cloudy Wednesday morning and I woke up early to proceed to Marriott Grand Ballroom, the venue of the Philippine Blockchain Week Conference.
As I strolled, I snapped pictures of the buildings I passed because I rarely get the chance to capture cityscape photos where I live, but because I was staying in this urban region for four days, I had plenty of time to do so. The reddish structure that caught my attention while I was walking turned out to be the Montecito Apartment Airport Condotel, which is a few blocks from the event.
When I finally arrived at the Marriott Grand Ballroom's location, I was astounded by its enormous construction. However, as I am just using Google Map to get directions, I have no knowledge of the event's precise location or the route I should take to get to its entrance.
Before continuing to move further, I stopped to take a few pictures of one of the Manila Marriott Hotel's structures that is situated across from the grand ballroom.
Since I still had plenty of time to explore this wonderful concrete jungle, I continued to roam and snap pictures of everything that caught my eye. At that particular moment, I decided to capture one of the structures within the Sarasota Residential Resort's grounds.
I then turned south-east in the direction of the Marriott Grand Ballroom's main entrance, and the last nearby building that caught my eye was the Belmont Hotel, which served as my landmark each time I walked there.
I immediately crossed the street to take a picture of the large ballroom and was amazed by its massive architectural design.
I was on time and made my way to the escalator that would take me to the second floor, where the event would be held, from the Marriot Grand Hotel's lobby.
Eureka! When I arrived at the event's location, I made my way to the first row of seats to listen to the panel discussion on "Empowering Traders' Mental Health During Bearish Periods," for which I will soon upload the panel's video on my 3Speak Channel.
Then, during a break, I made my way to the third-floor gazebo where I could enjoy an unobstructed view of Newport Boulevard while looking southeast.
This concludes this week's #WednesdayWalk. I appreciate you taking the time to read my humbly written content.
