Greetings, dear friends of #wednesdaywalk . I am immensely happy to meet you again this Wednesday, sharing another of my adventures. I deeply appreciate the initiative of our friend @tattoodjay , who has given us the opportunity to explore and enjoy different corners of the world, each with its nuance and cultures.
Today, I want to share with you a brief but meaningful tour I took through a section of the lovely Playa El Agua. We decided to simply walk along the soft sand and release the accumulated tensions, as the workday was particularly intense, and there is no better therapy for the mind than the serenity offered by the sea.
The morning began with the usual hustle and bustle at the bank, where the bureaucracy enveloped me in its tedious pace, which left me quite mentally exhausted. Upon returning home, I felt the heaviness of stress on my shoulders, stiff and tense. Without wasting time, I decided to change my attire and started my way along 31 de Julio Avenue, looking to clear my mind in the scenery.

Agradezco profundamente la iniciativa de nuestro amigo @tattoodjay , quien nos ha brindado la oportunidad de explorar y disfrutar de diversos rincones del mundo, cada uno con su matiz y culturas.
En el día de hoy, quiero compartir con ustedes un breve pero significativo recorrido que realicé por una sección de la encantadora Playa El Agua. Decidimos simplemente caminar por la suave arena y liberarnos de las tensiones acumuladas, ya que la jornada laboral resultó particularmente intensa, y no hay mejor terapia para la mente que la serenidad que ofrece el mar.
La mañana comenzó con el ajetreo habitual en el banco, donde la burocracia me envolvió en su tedioso andar, que me dejó bastante agotada mentalmente. Al regresar a casa, sentía la pesadez del estrés en mis hombros, rígidos y tensos. Sin perder tiempo, me dispuse a cambiar de atuendo y emprendí mi camino por la avenida 31 de Julio, buscando despejar mi mente en el paisaje.
As I moved on, I tried to absorb the best of the surroundings. I passed by the bakery, but to my surprise, it was closed. Without the chance to enjoy a comforting coffee, I decided to continue my route.
Mientras avanzaba, intenté absorber lo mejor del entorno. Pasé por la panadería, pero para mi sorpresa, estaba cerrada. Sin la posibilidad de disfrutar de un reconfortante café, decidí continuar mi ruta.
At that hour, the streets were quiet; even the subsidized gas station had closed its doors. However, nothing could stop my longing to get to Playa El Agua.
A esas horas, la quietud reinaba en las calles; incluso la estación de gasolina subsidiada había cerrado sus puertas. Sin embargo, nada podría detener mi anhelo de llegar a Playa El Agua.
When I saw the sea in the distance, any setback of the day dissipated is the effect that the sea has on me. The simple sight of the ocean and the palm trees gives me an indescribable peace.
Al divisar el mar en la distancia, cualquier contratiempo del día se disipaba es el efecto que causa el mar en mi. La simple vista del océano y las palmeras me proporciona una paz indescriptible.
I found a cozy place and began to walk along the sand, looking for that longed-for inner balance that I always find in front of the sea.
Encontré un lugar acogedor y comencé a caminar por la arena, buscando ese ansiado equilibrio interior que siempre encuentro frente al mar.
It was a magical moment. When I returned home, there was no trace of the less fortunate moments of the day. As I mentioned, my walk was not long, but extraordinarily restorative.
Fue un instante mágico. Al volver a casa, no quedaba ni rastro de los momentos menos afortunados del día. Como les mencioné, mi paseo no fue extenso, pero sí extraordinariamente reparador.
In the face of life's adversities, I try to quickly rid myself of any negativity before returning to my home, which I consider a sacred temple where peace and positive energy should reign and I always defend that.
