Photomanipulation is fine as long as the photos you're manipulating are your own :)
Is it permissible to use photos that are included in the whitelist that can be used for example Pixabay, Pexels, Pure png, or Unsplash? Sorry because I'm still very new.
Currently the rule just says it has to be your photos. Might have to check with @midlet.
I guess we can interpret that as photos you have the right to use. I'd mentioned in the rules post that there are some exceptions like collage and things like that. It's hard to draw a hard line, but the basic idea is that the work should be it's own thing, not just reposting other people's photos w minor tweaks.
