El año pasado mientras incursionado en el mundo del modelaje un diseñador de ropa me solicitó que creará una pieza de arte para una de sus chaquetas que sería parte de su siguiente colección, para ser honesta no me sentía preparada para hacerlo además de que el diseñador me dio muy poco tiempo para trabajar así que en menos de 2 días dibuje a una chica de rasgos fuertes con colores vibrantes, para completar la tarea. Al poco tiempo el diseñador enfermo el desfile se postergó y la pieza nunca se presentó. Ese trabajo quedó allí guardado en mi tablet por lo que decidí publicarlo, sin embargo últimamente hay una constante que me acompaña: al ver mis pocos trabajos que realicé el año pasado no me gustan y empiezo a rehacerlo prácticamente hacerlos de nuevo.🫠🙃

Last year while dabbling in the world of modelling a clothing designer asked me to create a piece of art for one of his jackets that would be part of his next collection, to be honest I didn't feel ready to do it plus the designer gave me very little time to work so in less than 2 days I drew a girl with strong features with vibrant colours, to complete the task. Soon after the designer fell ill the show was postponed and the piece was never shown. That work was saved there on my tablet so I decided to publish it, however lately there is a constant that accompanies me: when I see my few works that I did last year I don't like them and I start to redo them or practically make them again.🫠🙃

Este trabajo no fue la excepción, si es lo que están pensando, hice la pintura de nuevo, sin embargo esta vez represento una mayor dificultad para mi ya que esta semana mi tablet Samsung Galaxy s6 que es con la que hago mis trabajos de pintura, mientras yo le mostraba a mi esposo el trabajo que estaba realizando resbalo de la funda magnética y cayo al suelo, gracias a Dios la tablet no sufrió daños mayores, pero el sensor magnético se daño y no reconoce el S Pent, así que pintar ha sido un poco más lento y tedioso porque mi herramientade trabajo esta incompleta. Para mi mala suerte la cede más cercana de servicio técnico de Samsung me queda a más de una hora de donde vivo, así que para pintar he usando mi dedo. Esta semana espero viajar para darle solución a esa situación y poder pintar como de costumbre y mas comoda.

This work was not the exception, yes it is what you are thinking, I did the painting again, however this time it represents a greater difficulty for me because this week my Samsung Galaxy s6 tablet which is the one with which I do my painting work, while I was showing my husband the work I was doing slipped from the magnetic cover and fell to the ground, thank God the tablet did not suffer major damage, but the magnetic sensor was damaged and does not recognize the S Pent, so painting has been a little slower and tedious because my work tool is incomplete. Unfortunately for me the nearest Samsung service centre is more than an hour away from where I live, so I've been using my finger to paint. This week I hope to travel to solve this situation and be able to paint as usual and more comfortably.

Volviendo al tema de este trabajo, terminé realizando una renovación completa y un concepto diferente. Mientras lo pintaba nuevamente, un halo de nostalgia y dulzura se apoderó de mi y eso lo refleje en este trabajo. Como mencione no hay mucho que contar sobre esta pieza, no hay una gran inspiración solo un poco de mi estado de ánimo esta semana. Espero les guste, gracias por leerme nos vemos pronto.💋

Going back to the theme of this work, I ended up doing a complete renovation and a different concept. As I was painting it again, a halo of nostalgia and sweetness came over me and I reflected that in this work. As I mentioned there is not much to tell about this piece, no big inspiration just a bit of my mood this week. I hope you like it, thanks for reading, see you soon.💋
