Me inicie en el arte digital en pandemia, desde el principio mis trabajos ha sido con una marcada tendencia emocional a trasmitir melancolía, tristeza, ira, desesperación entre otras emociones, sin embargo de un tiempo para acá siento que mi temática esta cambiando, muy probablemente porque yo también estoy cambiando y como pinto según mi estado emocional creo que estos cambios también se están reflejando en mi arte a decir verdad me alegra observar que he hecho progresos en el manejo de mis emociones y mis trabajos lo atestiguan.
Esta semana tuve la oportunidad de trabajar en varias piezas de arte así como de participar en algunos proyectos que a futuro me permitirán vivir de mi trabajo artístico, realmente fue una semana llena de esperanza.
I started in digital art in pandemic, from the beginning my works have been with a strong emotional tendency to transmit melancholy, sadness, anger, despair among other emotions, however for some time now I feel that my theme is changing, most likely because I am also changing and as I paint according to my emotional state I think these changes are also being reflected in my art to tell the truth I am glad to see that I have made progress in managing my emotions and my works attest to it.
This week I had the opportunity to work on several art pieces as well as to participate in some projects that in the future will allow me to make a living from my art work, it was really a week full of hope.

Así que apenas tuve el tiempo decidí pintar algo para mi, una pieza que me gustará, diferente a lo que siempre hago. Para ser honesta no tenia idea de que pintar y solo empecé a lanzar pinceladas a ver que salía estaba tan concentrada que no saque muchas fotografías del proceso.
Quería pintar algo diferente a lo que siempre hago, algo con mucho color, brillo, flores y mariposas una fantasía con un rostro caricaturesco.🤪
En esta ocasión no le puse mucha atención al factor emocional, solo quería divertirme mientras pintaba y así fue. En mi mente habitaba un pensamiento recurrente: es una fantasía puedes hacer lo que quieras😁
So as soon as I had the time I decided to paint something for myself, a piece that I would like, different from what I always do. To be honest I had no idea what to paint and just started throwing brush strokes to see what would come out, I was so concentrated that I didn't take many pictures of the process.
I wanted to paint something different from what I always do, something with a lot of color, brightness, flowers and butterflies, a fantasy with a cartoonish face 🤪.
This time I didn't pay much attention to the emotional factor, I just wanted to have fun while painting and so it was. In my mind dwelt a recurring thought: it's a fantasy you can do whatever you want😁.
Teniendo este pensamiento empecé a trabajar en un rostro caricaturesco. Aunque es una composición sencilla a simple vista, puse atención a muchos detalles, como los ojos de diferentes colores, técnica que he utilizado ya en otras ocasiones, para dar un toque de extravagancia y fantasía agregué largas pestañas en colores blanco y negro, así como muchos brillitos en los ojos, sin mencionar el exceso de rubor en las mejillas y en varias tonalidades como rosas, naranjas y amarillos. Respecto a la paleta de colores trabajé con colores cálidos y vibrantes como amarillos, naranjas, rosa y cían.
With this thought in mind I started to work on a caricatured face. Although it is a simple composition at first sight, I paid attention to many details, such as the eyes of different colors, a technique I have used in other occasions, to give a touch of extravagance and fantasy I added long eyelashes in black and white colors, as well as many glitters in the eyes, not to mention the excess of blush on the cheeks and in various shades such as pinks, oranges and yellows. As for the color palette I worked with warm and vibrant colors like yellows, oranges, pinks and cyan.
Otro detalle que ame practicar en este trabajo fue el cabello, pinté rulos, adore pintar los rulos, es mi primera vez pintando rulitos así que no esperen perfección. Este trabajo tiene características especiales como ojos grandes de diferentes colores, nariz pequeña y labios gruesos, a mi percepción estas características le da un toque exótico y divertido al trabajo así que siento que cumplí mi objetivo. Another detail I loved to practice in this work was the hair, I painted curls, I loved painting the curls, it's my first time painting curls so don't expect perfection. This work has special characteristics like big eyes of different colors, small nose and thick lips, to my perception these characteristics give an exotic and fun touch to the work so I feel that I accomplished my goal.
