There's no rationalizing emotion,
trying only causes commotion.
Feelings can't exist inside of one's mind;
That's trying to see to find out you're blind.
Disrupting peace to seek understanding-
is like jumping to avoid the landing.
Some things we're never meant to explain-
and trying will only cause oneself pain.
Unless it exists with no need to cling,
it should be clear it's not the real thing.
Accepting what is and then letting go-
is the only way you can ever know.
