¡Saludos amigos! Es un gusto para mi presentarles un nuevo nft, el cual se encontrará disponible en nftshowroom. Se trata de una calavera y una rosa hecha al estilo pixel art.
I have called this work: Life and Decay and it is a representation of life and death. The skull as a symbol of death contrasts with the rose that symbolizes life and beauty. This overlap between both things leads us to reflect on how beautiful and ephemeral life is and how inevitable death is. So:

A esta obra la he llamado: Vida y Decadencia y es una representación de la vida y la muerte. La calavera como simbolo de la muerte contrasta con la rosa que simboliza vida y belleza, esta superposición entre ambas cosas nos lleva a reflexionar sobre lo hermosa y efímera que es la vida y lo inevitable que es la muerte. Asi que:

To create this pixel art, I start as always with a sketch, a figure of a skull with a rose, I only made the structure of the skull, since later I added the color base and in other layers I was giving the shading and lighting details, which gave dimension to the illustration.
Para la creación de este pixel art, parto como siempre con la realización de un boceto, una figura de una calavera con una rosa, solo hice la estructura de la calavera, ya que más adelante le añadi la base de color y en otras capas fui dandole los detalles de sombreado e iluminación, los cuales le dieron dimensión a la ilustración.
Then it was the rose's turn, for coloring I applied the same previous procedure, base color, shading and lighting, with the only difference that I did the interior outline for the rose in its initial sketch.
Luego le tocó el turno a la rosa, para el coloreado apliqué el mismo procedimiento anterior, color base, sombreado e iluminación, con la unica diferencia de que a la rosa en su boceto inicial si le hice el delineado interior.
For the background I used a combination of opaque colors and placed the skull on a small mound of grass.
Para el fondo usé una combinación de colores opacos y asenté la calavera sobre un pequeño monticulo de hierba.
