Hay gente que se sorprende de lo que pueden ser los productos que se pueden en contra en cada uno de los mercados de cada país, y es que por ejemplo aun habiendo las mismas marcas pueden llegar a tener “sabores” que sean característicos de cada uno de estos países y el porqué de eso es simple y sencillo.. para los gustos colores y las marcas quieren siempre aprovechar al máximo la mayor tasa de mercado posible en todo el mundo.

Y es que las marcas no son tontas y saben que puede vender o no en tal o cual país gracias a un estudio de mercado y sabiendo atender las necesidades del mismo mercado y conociendo su cultura gastronómica y como se mueven las cosas en su propio país, pues si por ejemplo, en el país en el cual están no comen carne animal, qué sentido tiene por ejemplo abrir una hamburguesería, o un restaurante a la parilla.. ninguno..

Razón por la cual es importante tener en cuenta todas estas cosas al momento de querer introducir al mercado un producto o sabor nuevo, de igual manera pasa en cada uno de nuestros países, o inclusive si vamos a un ambiente no tan macro, como nuestras localidades o aún más micro, a nuestras casas, y es que hay sabores que quizás no son para todo el mundo, o que no a todos les puede llegar a gustar y es totalmente válido.

Y es que, por ejemplo, cuando cada uno de nosotros decide preparar algo en casa, si convivimos con más personas es común pensar en por ejemplo cuáles son los gustos de estos o si estos poseen alguna alergia o algo por el estilo, para precisamente hacer algo que vaya bien y al mismo tiempo poder tener cierto margen de acción.

Por lo menos en mi caso, soy alguien que le encanta la cocina, y por mi parte, si me dejaran siempre cocinar sería de cierta manera feliz, porque no hay nada mejor que cocinar y que a todos les guste, o por lo menos hacer algo distinto y que salga genial, siendo esto último por lo que más a veces se me critica un poco, pues a veces me canso de hacer siempre lo mismo, porque para que siempre hacer lo mismo cuando se puede salir del molde..

Y es cuando sobretodo mi hermano me dice que a él no le gustan ciertas cosas de mis preparaciones por las combinaciones que a veces puedo buscar entre dulce y amargo, pues para el este sabor agridulce no es de su encanto, porque él es muy particular para comer, y todo aquello que salga un poco de sus gustos, ya pasa a ser casi que rechazado, pero bueno, yo igual le respeto sus cosas y trato de hacer mis cosas llegándole al punto “seguro” en el que si le vaya a gustar, porque a los demás integrantes de mi familia sí que les gusta cuando me pongo creativo.

Reason why it is important to take into account all these things at the moment of wanting to introduce to the market a new product or flavor, in the same way it happens in each of our countries, or even if we go to an environment not so macro, as our localities or even more micro, to our homes, and there are flavors that perhaps are not for everyone, or that not everyone can get to like and it is totally valid.

And is that, for example, when each of us decides to prepare something at home, if we live with more people is common to think about for example what are the tastes of these or if they have any allergies or something like that, precisely to make something that goes well and at the same time to have some leeway.

At least in my case, I am someone who loves cooking, and for my part, if they always let me cook I would be somewhat happy, because there is nothing better than cooking and that everyone likes it, or at least do something different and that comes out great, the latter being what sometimes I am criticized a little, because sometimes I get tired of always doing the same thing, because why always do the same thing when you can get out of the mold ...

And it is especially when my brother tells me that he does not like certain things in my preparations because of the combinations that sometimes I can look for between sweet and bitter, because for him this sweet and sour taste is not his charm, because he is very particular about eating, and anything that is a little bit out of his taste, is almost rejected, but well, I still respect his things and I try to do my things reaching the "safe" point where he will like it, because the other members of my family do like it when I get creative.
