Quien alguna vez no inventó o mejor dicho con algo ya hecho creo otro tipo de “aparato” para poder suplir alguna carencia y es que muchas veces el ingenio es más que necesario para poder dar con soluciones a las cosas del día a día y pues algunas veces una cosa diseñada por nosotros con mejores materiales puede ser quizás hasta mejor opción que las cosas del mercado, pues algunas veces la calidad de ciertos productos dejan mucho que desear..
Y con ello recuerdo la vez que en casa, hacía falta un encendedor para la cocina de gas, puesto que el encendido de este era eléctrico, si era, porque simplemente se dañó y como todo en Venezuela o es muy costoso o simplemente no se consiguen (por ser piezas tan especificas y de baja rotación) razón por la cual había que buscar una solución..
Pese a que en una primera instancia se pensó en estos encendedores de chispa que se consiguen en los chinos, la cosa es que estos, aunque económicos, no sirven de mucho, pues con el tiempo se van dañando y simplemente ahí quedan.. como un aparato que simplemente ya no sirve más al cabo de unos pocos días o inclusive semanas.
Razón por la cual, al pensar sobre el caso, pues aunque luego se intentó con lo que serían los que traen la llama directa, igualmente surgía un detalle que era simplemente que al acabarse el gas luego le costabas encender, pues, al dañarse la pastilla que genera la chispa nuevamente quedábamos sin nada..
Y es donde en ese punto entra el ingenio y la capacidad de invención, y fue cuando pensé que aparato está diseñado para arrojar chispas de manera casi constante y luego de una larga búsqueda me recordé que en casa de unos amigos de la abuela que vivían en el campo, tenían unas “raquetas eléctricas” que simplemente eran un mata moscas.
Razón por la cual compré uno de estos y basto simplemente analizar el circuito para poder ver que era la misma función del encendedor de chispa “chino” pero con mejores materiales, algo más de potencia y pues más robusto, por lo que, con un poco de ingenio, le adapté dos terminales a las salidas y de ahí dos clavos para poder tener el espacio necesario para generar el arco y con ello crear la chispa para encender la cocina.
Por decir poro era algo llamativo, pero era bastante funcional, y realmente era bastante potente, por lo cual el encendido era mejor y pues aunque se podría pensar que necesitaba más batería la verdad es que rendía bastante, pero luego le hice otra modificación con baterías recargable y pues su vida útil fue prolongada por muchísimos años más, y pues prácticamente super económico todo contra la opción de tener que comprar cada semana o cada dos un encendedor de los baratos y desechables..

Although in a first instance we thought of these spark lighters that are available in the Chinese, the thing is that these, although economic, are not much use, because over time they are damaged and simply there they are ... as a device that simply is no longer useful after a few days or even weeks.
Reason for which, when thinking about the case, although later it was tried with what would be those that bring the direct flame, equally a detail arose that was simply that when the gas ran out then it was difficult to ignite, because, when the tablet that generates the spark was damaged again we were left with nothing....
And it is at this point where the ingenuity and inventiveness comes in, and it was when I thought that the device is designed to throw sparks almost constantly and after a long search I remembered that in the house of some friends of my grandmother who lived in the countryside, they had some "electric rackets" that were simply a killer of flies.
Reason for which I bought one of these and it was enough simply to analyze the circuit to be able to see that it was the same function of the "Chinese" spark igniter but with better materials, something more of power and therefore more robust, reason why, with a little ingenuity, I adapted two terminals to the exits and from there two nails to be able to have the necessary space to generate the arc and with it to create the spark to ignite the kitchen.
To say the least it was something flashy, but it was quite functional, and it was really quite powerful, so the ignition was better and although you might think it needed more battery the truth is that it performed quite well, but then I made another modification with rechargeable batteries and its useful life was extended for many more years, and then practically super economical all against the option of having to buy every week or two a cheap disposable lighter....
