May your coffee be strong, and your day be beautiful! Good day, Hives! It's me again, Ace26, your Gwapo (handsome) blogger from the Philippines.

Most people are thinking of escaping their busy and hurried everyday routine, away from stress and headaches, work deadlines, and reports. Most of these people end up relaxing on a beautiful beach with a scenic view of the splashing and enjoying asked dip in a waterfall.

And as for us, we want to do something else, something that's out of our usual getaways and travels. When my friend asked me if we wanted to join them to go on Mt.Naupa since my day was a bit boring I decided to come together with my family.

We travel from Barangay Mainit to Barangay Lanas which is the nearest way to Mt.Naupa we travel for almost 20 minutes, but usually, people that go to Mt.Naupa trek but for us, we just need to relax for a few hours simply ride on our motorcycle.

After a few minutes I reached Mt.Naupa, Mt. Naupa is one of the favourite hiking and camping destinations of many Cebuanos in the City of Naga. It stands at around 584+ meters above sea level and provides a panoramic view of the city’s natural and manmade landscape.

Because Mt. Naupa is strategically situated in the highlands of the City of Naga, it has the perfect spot for sunrise and sunset viewing. Compared to other camping sites which are located either in the eastern or western part of Cebu, it is not limited to only one natural experience and even its rainy days you will enjoy the fog that feels like you are in Baguio City.

After we took a picturesque photo the raindrops were slowly dropping so the locals welcomed us to their mini store where we bought some beer and snacks while we waited for the rain to stop.

We were amazed by what we experienced on that day, the place was covered by fog which we found interesting so we took a photo of it, but that time we were shaking because it was very cold and our clothes were not indicated to that weather.

After we had taken the photo we went back to the mini store to wait again for the rain to stop. While we were laughing and sharing stories my son was swinging on the hammock which I find cute so I took a photo of him but suddenly the clouds went out and gave us some lights so I took the photo of my son perfectly.

After the weather went well we continued to take photos on the signage, and also I requested my wife to take a photo together with my best friend Arc, he was the one who invited us to go to Mt.Naupa.

Then my wife took a photo of the chair facing the mountain and the blue sky, she thought that after bad weather, the place would turn into a beautiful view again.

I also requested my friend take a photo of us as our remembrance of the place because even if it was near our barangay we didn't think we would be able to go back to this place due to our busy schedules.
