While others settled in their respective homes during afternoon, yet adventurous are we, we went somewhere to chase the sun to set. I love the beauty of the sun nearing to set, it's vibrant color, it's temperature doesn't hurt to our skin and most especially the mesmerizing view of the sun about to set. Lucky we were to witness this kind of treasure.
It was after our hive orientation at Lamac, Ilihan, together with hike buddies planned to go somewhere we can unwind, relax, and reconnect with nature. Mam Smile knew a place where we can see a remarkable view of sunset. The orientation ends 4:01 in the afternoon, without a second thought, we went to Daat, Sogod to chase the beautiful sunset🌄.

Daat is part of Sogod where it connects Catmon and Borbon. In the highlands of Daat we can see a natural-made plain where some people used to have some mountain and sea viewing. From atop, a serene ambiance, fresh air, and relaxing greeneries from the neighborhood mountains. It has road already for the convenience of the locals here. Some motorists, cyclists, and even hikers been setting foot at this place.
Looking at the view seems flawless yet there were cellophane plastics everywhere hanging on the interlink as well on the ground. Guests and visitors who came here were just throwing their garbage everywhere. They're not as responsible as anyone who keeps rubbish and throw at the proper disposal bin. As an explorer, we must practice CLAYGO or "clean as you go" and "leave no trace" mantra. It's a tiny responsibility yet gives a huge impact to our society. If everyone is like this, then our environment would be as clean as other country. Why is it possible for them to clean? And for us they put into negligence? Impossible!
Instead of getting a great and picturesque photo, yet there were photo bombers on my screen🙄
Over my overreacting about the garbage, I choose to move forward so I can get off by those. Facing to the neighborhood mountains are a lush of vegetations the sun almost hiding.
A satisfying graceful exit of the sun! With my very own eyes, I've been watching it to hide from the mountains. It's vibrant color scattered over the mountains. Such a great creation!

A mandatory "sun-kissed" photo. I enjoyed this photo before sunset because you remember it's beyond 4 o'clock yet it's still hot however it's not hurting anymore but I felt satisfying feeling just how I missed walking along with the piercing sun.

Just like the sunset flaunting "her" vibrant colors beyond the mountains and here we are standing proud with our shirts on too. And then taking our graceful exit after witnessing the sunset.
