I was just randomly scrolling my camera album and was stumbled upon this photo I took in Geraldton this February. This place is an important landmark in northern Geraldton and goes by name "The Big Marble". It is a big sphere about 10 metres tall and is filled with water. It was built in recognition of region's macadamia nut industry. As you can see in the photo above, the sphere gives inverted image of the scenery around. Maybe you can see the world upside down😃. Taking a circular walk along the spherical globe helps to view the surrounding from different angle.

The place also provides scenic beauty of the Indian Ocean. You can also see a lot of seaweed being washed off to the shore by the wave that serves as a vital component to the marine ecosystem there. The best time to go here is just before the sunset which gives stunning golden hour moment but I never had time for this as I was returning back to Perth that day. Overall its a good art.
