Brühl looks beautiful, especially the stunning buildings, but of course, with your architectural background, that's what your focus would be on, and it was so worth it! Your unplanned walk took you to some nice sights, like those two most unusual and fascinating sculptures!
You will have to go back to see the castle sometime, traveling in Europe is so much easier than here.

Completely agree with you. Those sculptures were kinda realistic. They are simple but I found them genuinely interesting because from far away I thought that the kid was real.
