It's been a while since we have done one of these newsletters. In fact, the last we've done one of these it had the same opening line, at least we're consistent at being inconsistent. However, today's newsletter is an exciting one as it affects our community's future in a positive light. Here's what we're going to go through.

The LOLZ's Fun House has been around for some time now and you may have definitely seen its presence across Hive in general and often in our community as we have encouraged our members to use their FUN tags, but more on those tags later.
Our partnership with the LOLZ's FUN house means a lot to us as it means more collaborations, contests, and surprises in the future of our community as well as theirs. It also matters as we're basically the only two places on Hive still fighting to make and keep comedy as a pillar of the Hive world. This partnership is only the beginning of many good things that will happen in the near future.
The LOLz's FUN House has many curators, including our own @amirtheFUN who will be curating your comedy posts granted you use the FUN tags.
The FUN Tags
As a member of our community, you have the opportunity to earn FUN and LOLZ tokens simply by adding specific tags to your posts. These tags are designed to highlight content that is funny, lighthearted, and entertaining, and they can be applied to a wide range of topics and themes. Whether you are sharing a joke, a meme, a personal story, or a creative work of art, there is a tag that is perfect for your post.
To give you a better idea of how the tagging system works, let's take a closer look at each of the FUN tags. The #fun tag is ideal for posts that are enjoyable and entertaining, while the #funny tag is perfect for content that is amusing and humorous. The #lolz tag is specifically reserved for posts that are hilarious and laugh-out-loud funny, while the #comedy tag is a great option for posts that explore the world of stand-up, sketch, or improvisational comedy. The #jokes tag is perfect for sharing your favourite jokes and puns, while the #play2earn tag is reserved for posts that discuss the various ways you can earn tokens and rewards on our platform.
However, feel free to use all tags on any post you write in our community.
By using these tags, you not only have the chance to earn FUN and LOLZ tokens, but you also increase the visibility and reach of your posts. An Upcoming Contest
We are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of our new comedy contest, which is the result of a wonderful partnership that we have recently formed. We believe that comedy is one of the best ways to bring people together and lighten the mood, especially in challenging times. That's why we are excited to provide a platform for aspiring comedians to showcase their talents and make people laugh.
Although the details of the contest are still being worked out, we can assure you that it will be an exciting and entertaining event that you won't want to miss. We are currently in the process of finalizing the rules and guidelines, selecting the judges, and determining the prize. Our goal is to create a fair and fun competition that will give every participant a chance to shine and be recognized for their skills.
We are confident that this new partnership and the upcoming comedy contest will bring joy and laughter to many people.
