In the very center of Lviv there is a spacious gallery of embroidered icons of priest Dmytro Blazheyovskyi. I got there for the first time and didn't even know about its existence.

В самому центрі Львова знаходиться простора галерея вишиваних ікон отця Дмитра Блажейовського. Я вперше туди потрапила і навіть не знала про його існування.

Раз в рік ікони проходять очищення від пилу і забруднення.

Impressive showcasing of embroidery with wool, a passion my mom had was Cape scenery and flowers in cotton. Stitching impeccable keeping the flow in colour blending to obtain final result is astounding as any other art form.
