Queridos amigos de @motherhood un gusto en saludarlos y desearles se encuentren pasando una excelente semana, con salud y rodeado de sus seres más queridos.
Hoy vengo a contarles que mi hija Gabriela por fin tiene cédula y es una ciudadana registrada de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela. Para mis amigos Hivers que no son de aquí, en Venezuela la edad mínima para sacar cédula es a los 9 años de edad y para sacar cédula hay que tomar una cita por internet que según la oficina que se escoja la pueden dar hasta para 1 mes. La oficina que nos queda más cerca para hacer este tipo de tramites, al parecer es la mas concurrida y por eso las citas las dan con mucho tiempo de espera.
Gabriela estaba muy ansiosa por tener su cédula, Gabriela cursa 4to grado, pero es una de las más pequeñas de edad de su salón pues apenas acaba de cumplir 9 años, por supuesto en su mayoría todos sus compañeros ya tienen cédula. Ella contaba los días para que llegara su cumpleaños y poder tener la suya, según ella para ser independiente jajajajaja. Practicaba la firma una y otra vez, hasta que por fin logro sacar una que le gustaba mucho.
Apenas llegó el 23 d enero dia en el que cumple años, me dijo mamá por fin ya voy a poder sacar mi cédula jajajaja, de verdad estaba muy emocionada, pero me descuide un poco con la cita porque había perdido el correo que tenía registrado en el Saime y había que hacer ese paso primero de recuperación.
El caso es que cuando al fin pudimos recuperar el correo, enseguida tomamos la cita y esta nos tocó para el día 9 de marzo, debíamos esperar aproximadamente 1 mes. Los días transcurrían y Gabriela más desesperada que nunca, hasta que finalmente llego el día y nos dirigimos a la oficina a la 1pm como decía la cita. Una vez que nos toca revisión de partida de nacimiento y Gabriela super emocionada, pues nos rebotaron porque la partida tenía un error.
Ahí hubo como un bajón de suiche para Gabriela pues eso implicaba tener que solicitar una corrección ante el Registro Civil y a pesar de que yo conozco a todos ahí pues tuve la fortuna de trabajar en ese lugar hace muchos años, sabia que ese era un trámite latoso y podía llevar hasta 15 días hábiles y para posterior volver a tomar una nueva cita.

He practiced the signature over and over again, until he finally managed to get one that he really liked.
As soon as January 23rd arrived, Mom told me I'm finally going to be able to get my ID hahahaha, I was really very excited, but I got a little careless with the appointment because I had lost the email that I had registered in Saime and I had to do that first step of recovery.
The fact is that when we were finally able to recover the email, we immediately made the appointment and it was scheduled for March 9, we had to wait approximately 1 month. The days went by and Gabriela was more desperate than ever, until the day finally arrived and we headed to the office at 1pm as the appointment said. Once we had to review the birth certificate and Gabriela was super excited, because they bounced us because the certificate had an error.
There was a bit of a drop in wages for Gabriela because that meant having to request a correction from the Civil Registry and even though I know everyone there because I had the fortune of working in that place many years ago, I knew that this was a cumbersome procedure. and it could take up to 15 business days to later make a new appointment.
Era día viernes y debíamos esperar hasta el día lunes para dirigirnos al Registro Civil y solicitar una nueva partida de nacimiento con la corrección respectiva. En efecto fui y logré que en dos días me dieran una nueva acta con la corrección. Procedimos a tomar de nuevo la cita y nos la dieron para el día 12 de abril.
Llegado el día con muchas ansias nos dirigimos de nuevo a la oficina, resulta que cuando nos toca el turno y nos van a revisar el acta de nacimiento se encuentran con que hay otro error insignificante pero que para ellos cuenta y es que el espacio de la parroquia estaba en blanco, las huellas dactilares de los testigos no se veían bien y el sello estaba borroso, amigos les juro que me quería morir de la rabia, pero mi rabia era porque ellos al principio no se percataron de ese pequeño detalle.
Me querían devolver y yo dije que no que yo iba resolver eso vía telefónica, pero que no iba a perder de nuevo la cita, llame al Registrador Civil ya que tengo el número de la muchacha encargada de los tramites de actas de Nacimientos y ella junto con el Registrador Civil enviaron la información vía correo electrónico y fue así que ellos aceptaron a procesar la cédula de la niña.
Gabriela estaba que lloraba de la felicidad, la pasaron a tomar la foto, su firma y poner sus huellas. Lamentablemente no permiten tomar fotos del proceso para guardar recuerdos. Luego de tomar todos los datos, nos dijeron que podíamos irnos y volver el día lunes para retirar la cédula laminada o que podíamos esperar pero que por ser primera vez tardaba un poco más, pues ahí nos quedamos tomándonos selfis y Gabriela grabando videos, muertas de hambre, pero señores ella quería su cédula así pasara hambre jajajaja.
Finalmente lo logro y yo feliz de verla tan feliz porque se que es una ilusión de todo niño tener su cédula, pues con este instrumento se sienten una gente grande jajaja y creen que con eso podrán pagar sus cuentas, jajajaja. Gabriela al día siguiente ya se sabia su número de cédula y yo aún no se me el número de cédula de mi hijo Santiago quien tiene cédula desde hace ya 4 años.

Gabriela was crying with happiness, they took her photo, signed her and put her fingerprints. Unfortunately they do not allow taking photos of the process to save memories. After taking all the data, they told us that we could leave and come back on Monday to pick up the laminated ID or that we could wait but because it was the first time it would take a little longer, because there we were left taking selfies and Gabriela recording videos, dying of fear. hungry, but gentlemen, she wanted her ID even if she went hungry hahahaha.
Finally I achieved it and I am happy to see her so happy because I know that it is every child's dream to have their ID, because with this instrument they feel like big people hahaha and they believe that with that they will be able to pay their bills, hahahaha. Si vale crecen muy rápido amigo @jcrodriguez y por eso a pesar del agotamiento que genera la maternidad trato de estar presente en todos sus pasos porque eso pasa muy rápido y pues si ella feliz ya es una ciudadana registrada y adulta e independiente dice ella jajajaja. Gracias amigo, Saludos.

Si vale todo es un colapso, un desgaste, pero a pesar de todo lo que nos paso creo que fue muy rápido pues recuerdo la primera vez que yo saque la cédula aquello si era la locura, llegar al lugar 3:00am y hacer una mega cola, recuerdo eso era una tortura y nos daban un comprobante jajaja y no se al que tiempo era que nos daban la cédula. Afortunadamente ya mis dos hijos tienen documento de identidad. Saludos amiga.
Si recuerdo todo esa odisea 🙈 también pase por todo eso. Y salíamos más felices que muchacho con juguete nuevo enseñando ese comprobante que ni foto tenía 🤣
Jajajaja jajajaja jajajaja sí que locura y no nos importaba hacer aquellas colas que tardaban horas con tal y tener ese comprobante plastificado jajaja jajaja jajaja Dios mío por lo menos hemos mejorado un poco.
Si, por lo menos ahora salen con su cédula en mano. Lo que molesta es que ahora ponen trabas por todo y eso hace el proceso lento y tedioso.
La verdad es todo un proceso, si hasta para yo renovarla estuve batallando!
