I am surprised that after everything she is going through she does not stop smiling
It may sound very sad, but maybe little Olivia doesnt know life without uncomfort yet so all this is normal to her. She is smiling all the time because she gets a lot of love from mummy and daddy. I'm sure and the doctors will find out what the issue is very soon and she will pull through.

You're right, maybe this is normal for her :( and it's true, mom and dad keep giving her love 🥹❤️ hopefully, I can't wait for this to just be a bad memory and we both go back to sleeping well.
