☀️ Living Sharing Kindness.
If there is one thing I feel sure of in recent times, it is that "any excuse is a good excuse to dispense with kindness".
And I mean genuine kindness, the kind that doesn't need to be publicized or go viral. It is an evil that every day has been increasing in almost all societies, where those actions that keep people living in quite strange realities always prevail.
The main reasoning for the "dispensing with goodness " in people to become so common, comes, I believe, from the example given to us by the factors of government, the organs of power, and politicians. They are masters in that quality of appearing to be very kind when in reality they are acting in the most vile and dastardly manner.
Even in this same blockchain, we can find cases that somehow corroborate this statement. The lack of goodness in certain circumstances or occasions, is justified, most of the time, with the implementation of arguments that place us in a savage world. More precisely and concretely, in some communities that appeal to the "compliance with the rules of the Community " in order not to have to exercise a simple act of kindness.
By this, I do not mean that rules are bad and unnecessary. The fact that we have rules, laws, and regulations, is what allows societies to integrate and coexist in peace. As long as they are respected. And what do you think? If rules, laws, and regulations lack that very special ingredient which is kindness as a fundamental basis, together with respect and the right to the common good, they are destined to become tipping points between people.
The good thing is that there are exceptions and that gives us back hope in humanity. Because it is true: "There are more of us who are good". If this were not so, this world would have already collapsed into a spiral of evil like those that have been experienced before on this planet.
More important than appearing kind, is simply being kind. It is so simple and rewarding to go through life spreading kindness left and right. In my case, being a person completely detached from conflict, argument, drama, and complaint, sometimes makes me a rather peculiar person. This, without a doubt, has brought me more problems than benefits, because with that well-known attitude of preferring to do without kindness so in vogue, the fact that a person does not do it, becomes uncomfortable.
Working for a long time in the area of human resources, personnel management, and industrial relations, has made me see very clearly the lack of kindness that many people practice. In my last work experience, my way of acting, as opposed to what is usually perceived in these departments, put me many times in conflict situations.
But I never gave up my way of being and, in the end, this attitude paid off for me. Acting with kindness towards others, understanding and understanding their situation, in this case, related to labor issues, and being able to be an exception to the rule in terms of the attention received by the department, opened many doors, and allowed me to contribute in many aspects with the solution of conflicts that, in the end, only required a simple act of kindness, perhaps expressed in a simple: "Thank you for listening to me ". Today I can walk down the street, and meet old employees of this company who greet me in a genuinely affectionate way, something I am sure some of my colleagues cannot enjoy.
I think the world needs more kindness and each of us is on a mission to make this possible. Maybe just by being more understanding, avoiding complaining, and always being grateful for the little or much that we have, we could collaborate to make the actions of kindness multiply. And, as I said at the beginning, it's not something we have to instill in others. Just do our part and let things flow. It is an act of kindness, to understand and understand that we are all different, and with that, we are already contributing to a better world.

☀️ Vivamos Compartiendo la Bondad.
Si hay algo de lo que me siento seguro en estos últimos tiempos, es de que "cualquier excusa es buena para prescindir de la bondad".
Y me refiero a la bondad genuina, esa que no necesita ser publicitada o que se haga viral. Es un mal que cada día ha ido en aumento en casi todas las sociedades, donde siempre prevalecen aquellas acciones que mantienen a las personas viviendo en realidades bastante extrañas.
El principal razonamiento para que el "prescindir de la bondad" en las personas se vuelva tan habitual, proviene, creo yo, del ejemplo que nos brindan los factores de gobierno, los órganos del poder y los políticos. Estos son maestros en esa cualidad de parecer muy bondadosos cuando en realidad están actuando de la manera más vil y ruin.
Incluso en esta misma blockchain, podemos encontrarnos casos que de alguna manera corroboran en algo esta afirmación. La carencia de bondad en ciertas circunstancias u ocasiones, se ve justificada, la mayoría de las veces, con la implementación de argumentos que nos colocan en un mundo salvaje. Más precisamente y en concreto, en algunas comunidades que apelan al "cumplimiento de las reglas de la Comunidad" para no tener que ejercer un sencillo acto de bondad.
Con esto no quiero decir que las reglas son malas e innecesarias. El hecho de que tengamos normas, leyes y regulaciones, es lo que permite que las sociedades puedan integrarse y coexistir en paz. Siempre y cuando se respeten. ¿Y qué creen? Si las normas, leyes y regulaciones carecen de ese ingrediente tan especial que es la bondad como base fundamental, junto al respeto y el derecho del bien común, están destinadas a convertirse en puntos de inflexión entre las personas.
Lo bueno es que existen excepciones y eso nos devuelve la esperanza en la humanidad. Porque es verdad: "los buenos somos más". Si no fuese así, este mundo ya hubiera colapsado en una espiral de maldad como las que ya se han vivido antes en este planeta.
Más importante que parecer bondadoso, es simplemente serlo. Es tan sencillo y gratificante ir por la vida repartiendo bondad a diestra y siniestra. En mi caso, el ser una persona completamente apartada del conflicto, la discusión, el drama y la queja, me coloca a veces como una persona bastante peculiar. Esto, sin duda alguna, me ha traído más problemas que beneficios, porque con esa consabida actitud de preferir prescindir de la bondad tan en boga, el que una persona no lo haga, se torna incómodo.
Trabajar durante mucho tiempo en el área de los recursos humanos, administración de personal y relaciones industriales, me ha hecho ver con mucha claridad esa falta de bondad que muchos practican. En mi última experiencia laboral, mi manera de actuar, diametralmente opuesta a lo que usualmente se percibe en estos departamentos, me coloco muchas veces en situaciones de conflicto.
Pero nunca renuncié a mi forma de ser y, al final, esta actitud me dio resultados. El actuar con bondad hacia los demás, comprendiendo y entendiendo su situación, en este caso, relacionado con los temas laborales y poder ser una excepción a la regla en cuanto a la atención recibida por el departamento, me abrió muchas puertas, me permitió contribuir en muchos aspectos con la solución de conflictos que, al final, solo requerían un sencillo acto de bondad, quizás expresado en un simple: "Gracias por escucharme". Hoy puedo caminar por la calle, encontrarme con viejos empleados de esta empresa que me saludan de forma genuinamente afectiva, cosa de la que estoy seguro de que algunos de mis compañeros no pueden disfrutar.
Pienso que el mundo necesita más bondad y cada uno de nosotros tiene la misión de hacer que esto pueda ser posible. Tal vez con solo ser más comprensivo, evitar la queja y ser siempre agradecido por lo poco o mucho que se tiene, podríamos colaborar para hacer que las acciones de bondad se multipliquen. Y, como dije al principio, no es algo que debemos inculcar en los demás. Solo hacer nuestra parte y dejar fluir las cosas. Es un acto de bondad, comprender y entender que todos somos diferentes y con eso, ya estamos contribuyendo a un mundo mejor.

Thank you for such a great post, sadly genuine kindness can sometimes be hard to see, the kind that the left hand does, without the right hand knowing right. I have been fortunate enough to meet many wonderful people since becoming involved with #cwh, and by extention @dreemport by way of @shadowspub doing pypt. That extended to making many new and wonderful friends from @dreemport!
I do not know where I would be, if not for these friendships. I am so grateful for the opportunity to share kindness with the many wonderful #dreemers and #dreemforlife! right.
