This weekend was plain awesome. In just three days we managed to do more Threads and get more people engaged than during the whole month of March or April!
50k Threads by 500 Lions
The idea was simple, out-thread @khaleelkazi, @taskmaster4450, @rmsadkri, and @anomadsoul and earn Experience Points towards the Leaderboard of our Adoption Campaign with 10k USD in prizes.
A total of 491 Lions engaged in this battle, and while some of them weren't strong or fierce enough to slay our mini bosses, a TON of lions set themselves to the task of making more Threads than these popular Threaders.

LPUD and Pride Ranks
Last LPUD we powered up more than Half a Million Leo tokens, if you missed the announcement and the prize winners, check that post out.
With every LPUD, the Lion Pride gets stronger and the middle class of Leo Finance grows fiercer. With that, new Pride Ranks are given to those who have shown their commitment and loyalty to the pride - these ranks have some nice perks - and, instead of announcing the new ranks on discord, we have decided to announce those on this post because they are too many to count.
We have three new Apex Lions! This is the max role on Leo Finance, and now @forexbrokr, @mcoinz79, and @anomadsoul are part of this select group in the Lion pride.
The Leader of the Pack rank is also stronger now, and by a freaking lot! Big shoutout to @beststart, @l337m45732, @tokenizedsociety and @jongolson.

The fight was awesome! and also, so many threads!!!! damn I thought the two days I had to work were gonna make me lose the battle but hahaha I managed to slay the bosses with 1k threads in the final day! I also made some friends along the way and that was really cool!
I'm also now part of the pack!!! just a kitten but it's a start, a strong start for me, 1k leos were not easy to get hahaha but I plan on keep growing my staking from now on. awesome weekend!!
PD: and the UI really handled it. Some issues but nothing like the beginning so awesome job!!!

The weekend battle quest was indeed a great exercise as it helped some users thread more and claim some points in the quest aside from the experience points. Kudos to all who slayed the bosses.

What is the required amount of $leo to be staked to be among the kitten? I powered up some Leo during LPUD, about 150 Leo or so.
You can be a kitten if your Leo Power reaches 1k. Keep stacking and you will get there.

The weekend battle was amazing and I am glad to see all the engagement people did for the event. I claimed my prize and there are so many slayers. That was an insane record for thread numbers and I wonder when we will surpass these numbers.

It was an epic battle against the final bosses! We were going crazy making threads, we even pushed #spanish to the top surpassing 1000 threads on that tag.
It was epic and also making so many threads helped me get to 1k threads to claim another quest with good amount of experience. So I was able to get that and experience from two of the bosses.

The weekend battle was really a big one, helping to show how much threads can scale. 50k by 500 users was a big feat an d I just hope it were all spam-free.
Congratulations to all those enrolled in higher Pride ranks. Thanks to the Zealy campaign tasks pushing more more stakes.
Gradually, we're levelling up into higher strata in the LeoFinance app development and it can only get better.
We need to work on retention strategies at this point to help stabilize the stats.
If anything it was a good stress test but besides that the pure amount of random and spam with limited filter options would have maybe discouraged some people from really using the platform. It's a big turn off when you see a few people just posting up a ton of random and worthless threads and that's what a new user would have seen over the weekend.
Stress test good, padding numbers for ad views good besides that it's all negative from me not benefit overall to the platform and might of had the opposite affect.
Congratulations to everyone, I couldn't make it to the top due to tight schedule but that is not a problem at least I show myself on thread.
The weekly battle is another nice and incentive initiative to add to the others. Unfortunately for me this weekend I had several commitments but if there is another weekly battle I will try to participate.
I also like the new curation mechanism which is an incentive to interact and be active on leofinance and also to increase the staking of LEO tokens.

Well, I didn't think I was going to beat at least two bosses! With so many things I had to do during the weekend!
I am very happy! Although not satisfied...I wanted to beat them all! 🤣
The bugs sometimes made me very patient...but we didn't let ourselves be defeated...it was a battle and we had to leave everything on the field.
And we managed to make the #tag #spanish the first in the trending with more than a thousand mentions. this was achieved with community work!

well it was a wonderful experience for me and also to see how the leofinance system can accommodate the huge traffic, tho we experienced a down time which lasted for 2hrs after that it returned to normal. Hope to expect more of activities such as this in future.

It was an intense three days and I think threaders responded in a very positive note. I was able to beat Khal and Anomad and it was a very good feeling even if I couldn't beat Rms and Task. It's a feat that's unbelievable. 50k threads is unbelievable and I must say this task was an innovative one by the team. I hope we can see this every weekend before the end of the campaign
Well, that is probably the most interesting and important phrase in the post, the importance of the "middle class" in the Crypto economy is always undervalued, everybody just focuses on pleasing the whales, not here, luckily and I'm really glad to read it because it is important to recognize the importance of all the members of a community.
