Depends on how much you use. You can delegate in any increment and delegate more if you run out.
I gave it a go and so far is working great 🙂
If you are looking for a ratio (although it shouldn't be a fixed one), Splex says it's 1mil RCs for 1 HP.
i delegated 2,647 billion. probably too much then! lol
Here's a reminder to claim at least one Account Creation Token using your Resource Credits, because your RC is already above 97%. 🤗
