Sadly I think it will worldwide. The ECB's zero rate is crazy because they have no tool to try to adjust the economy. IN the US government overspending and printing of money has put things also in a very bad place. I wish things didn't look so bleak but thing may get worse before they get better. Especially if we all end up in World War 3!
