Motivation is an internal stimulation that results from a yearning to acquire a need in any area of our journey, in that journey we find people with positive essences and others not so much, where according to it goes their behaviour before society.
According to my experiences, motivation must be first of all internal because every process goes by foot, starting with a positive mind every day is a great opportunity to start a different story that goes according to the circumstance, no matter if we fall, we get up with great learnings and in due time we will be triumphant in every step.
Trying is part of life, it's like when we go to a race, we prepare for it in advance, but if we don't win it doesn't matter, we compete, we measure ourselves, we learn and we overcome when it's our time.
Life is a complicated game, full of ups and downs, every person must have a motivation, to acquire a learning, whether it is to go to university, obtain a profession, goods, employment, family, among others.
The truth is that, in every area, human beings must possess this stimulation in order to be able to face the conflicts that life presents us with.
Internal motivation must exist at all times, in order to be able to motivate others, whether in the family, with our friends and even with our partner and finally at work.
Of course, the external motivation exists, but it will depend on who releases them, we are not gold coins to be liked by everyone and according to this, third parties will say what they think, to be called the world we witness the constructive and destructive ones.
All human beings are driven by impulses, whether by instincts, needs, incentives, we are unpredictable.
Everyday examples:
When you acquire a profession with a lot of effort, and you start a job from the bottom and as time goes by your work is recognised and you are rewarded with a higher position, that is motivation.
On the other hand, if you put too much effort into your work and time goes by and you don't get a pay rise, the worker is not motivated to surpass the month's goals and the famous excuses for everything come in because there is no incentive.
These two sides of the coin, which show the reality, which goes according to the stages we live.
It is the same when our parents, as children, motivated us to learn a lesson and if we succeeded, they gave us a gift for our efforts.
Of course, this is not a bribe, it is a motivation to achieve a result that will eventually bear fruit.

I loved this subject at the time, I saw it in my baccalaureate, and I proved that the mind is powerful and magical, everything we think and work hard is possible to acquire, everything is perseverance and perseverance.
