Physical exercise is good and if you can do it every afternoon after work, so much the better. Coming home and doing sit-ups and some planks etc would be great. I am already retired but physical exercise has helped me a lot in my health and recommended by the doctor.

That is definitely a good advice! Yeah I will still do some form of light exercises during the weekday just more actively and deliberately over the weekends! ☺️
