Updates on Splinterlands Reward System

Greetings, everyone!

With the start of the new Splinterlands season, we get back the mysterious chests in three flavors: minor, major, and ultimate.

The chests can be bought only with Glint, and come with the same mechanics: they are sold in batches, with a price increase by 50% after each batch is consumed:

Compared to the past, there are no SPS or packs in these chests, but energy was added. The only source for liquid rewards remains the SPS awarded for victories, and more energy gives you more games to fight.

Using the rewards of the last season, I bought almost all the loot chests in Batch 1, and some Rarity Draws in addition. In particular, the legendary draw was good for me, winning a golden legendary:

Too bad that these cards are no longer tradable...

How come those cards are no longer tradeable?
Were they canceled or what?

the reward cards are soul-bounded, and can not be sold or transferred...

Congratulations on the GFL. It might not be tradable but you can always turn it back into more Glint if you don't want it. Eventually, you might be able to sell it but you might have to throw down DEC later to unlock it (when the next batch of soul bound comes out).
