Greetings beautiful community of creative cuisine, it is always a pleasure to greet you and share with you one more recipe.😊

Today I bring you a special recipe to accompany the cafecito, well one of my weaknesses are the biscuits and the most traditional way to accompany it has always been with coffee in its various presentations, and you can enjoy it with the drink that you like.





This Lemon Cake is very special because its topping is very crunchy, when you bite into it you can feel two textures and this makes it truly delicious.

Now without further words I invite you to join me to prepare this delicious Lemon Cake.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs.
  • 200 ml of vegetable oil, I used extra virgin olive oil with a mild flavor.
  • Juice of 1 lemon and zest.
  • 1 cup and a half of all-purpose wheat flour.
  • 5 Tablespoons of Milk, you can use vegetable Almond drink.
  • 1/2 cup of sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
  • Vanilla to taste.
  • Mold of: 15 cm. in diameter.

To decorate: + 4 tablespoons of sugar.

  • 4 tablespoons of sugar.
  • 1 tablespoon of water.
    **The cup I use to measure is 250 ml.



Preparation method:

Well dear friends this cake has no complications whatsoever, in a bowl pour the two eggs, the vanilla.

We also add the grated zest of a lemon and its juice.

Mix well integrating all the ingredients, I am using a hand mixer.

Now we are going to integrate the Sugar, the Oil.

And the Flour, this last one we are going to add in two parts, we add one part, we mix a little and then we add the other part, this flour was previously sifted.

Add the baking powder and mix integrating everything very well.

Do not forget the milk, add 5 tablespoons.

Mix again and ready, we will have a thick mixture.

Now we add our mixture in the mold previously buttered and floured.

And to make this cake special we are going to make a preparation with the 4 spoonfuls of sugar to which we add a spoonful of water, we mix it.

Now we are going to put that sugar mixture to our mixture on the surface, you will see that we will have an irresistible crunchy texture on top of the cake.

We put in the oven, temperature 180 degrees, for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, always remember that this will depend on each oven, always be aware of the rich smell in our kitchen, that indicates that our cake is almost ready, and of course we verify with our pastry stick that when we introduce it in the cake, it comes out dry.

Here I present the ready cake, I like it to be a little golden, it looks beautiful! 😍

El día de hoy les traigo una receta especial para acompañar el cafecito, bueno una de mis debilidades son los bizcochos y la manera más tradicional de acompañarlo siempre ha sido con café en sus variadas presentaciones, ya tú lo puedes disfrutar con la bebida que más te guste.





Esta torta de Limón es muy especial porque su cobertura es muy crujiente, al morderlo puedes sentir dos texturas y esto lo hace verdaderamente delicioso.

Ahora sin más palabras te invito a que me acompañes a preparar este delicioso Bizcocho de Limón.

Ingredientes:

  • 2 Huevos.
  • 200 Ml de Aceite vegetal, yo usé de Oliva extra virgen de sabor suave.
  • Jugo de 1 Limón y la ralladura.
  • 1 Taza y 1/2 de Harina De Trigo todo uso.
  • 5 Cucharadas de Leche, puedes usar bebida vegetal de Almendras.
  • 1/2 Taza de Azúcar.
  • 1 Cucharadita de Polvo para hornear.
  • Vainilla al gusto.
  • Molde de: 15 cm. de diámetro.

Para decorar:

  • 4 Cucharadas de Azúcar.
  • 1 Cucharada de Agua.
    La tasa que uso para medir es la de 250 ml.



Modo de preparación:

Bueno queridos amigos este Bizcocho no tiene complicación alguna, en un recipiente echamos los dos Huevos, la Vainilla.

También añadimos la ralladura de un Limón y su Jugo.

Mezclamos bien integrando todos los ingredientes, yo estoy usando un batidor manual.

Ahora vamos a integrar el Azúcar, el Aceite.

Y la Harina, esta última la vamos a añadir en dos partes, echamos una parte, mezclamos un poco y luego agregamos la otra parte, esta harina ya estaba previamente cernida.

Añadimos el Polvo para hornear y mezclamos integrando todo muy bien.

No se nos olvide la Leche, añadiremos 5 Cucharadas.

Mezclamos nuevamente y listo, nos quedará una mezcla gruesa.

Ahora añadimos nuestra mezcla en el molde previamente enmantequillado y enharinado.

Y para que este Bizcocho sea especial vamos a hacer una preparación con Las 4 Cucharadas de Azúcar a la cual le añadimos una cucharada de Agua, eso lo mezclamos.

Ahora esa mezcla de Azúcar se la vamos a poner a nuestra mezcla en la superficie, veras que nos quedara por arriba del Bizcocho una textura crujientemente irresistible.

Metemos al horno, temperatura 180 grados, por aproximadamente 35 a 40 minutos, recuerda siempre que eso va a depender de cada horno, siempre estemos atentos del olor rico en nuestra cocina, eso indica que nuestro Bizcocho ya casi está listo, y por supuesto verifiquemos con nuestra varilla repostera que cuando la introduzcamos en la torta, esta salga seca.

Aquí ya te presento el Bizcocho Listo, me gusta que quede algo dorado, se ve hermoso! 😍

Dejamos que enfríe para desmoldar y disfrutar. 🤤

Rinde aproximadamente: 6 a 8 porciones.
