Buen día, querida comunidad, hoy vamos a preparar un postre muy reconocido como el cheesecake de fresa, pero será HELADO DE CHEESECAKE DE FRESA. Lavamos y cortamos las fresas, igual con el cambur, quitamos la cáscara y cortamos, lo llevamos al congelador por dos horas.

Congelada las frutas las llevamos a la licuadora junto con el queso mascarpone y licuamos.
