I use resistance exercises like planks once or twice a week, best to have a killer core, well done on your form! Also some of the moves like the drunken mountains climbers, I incorporate them in my abs routine, excellent too!

Thanks @edprivat! These are always fun to pop out this time of year. Anything to keep folks motivated, even if just to do a little bodyweight work when they can!
