Running in Helsinki around its lakes and by the seaside. It was great and never boring. Lots of turns, lots of ups and downs, windy at every corner and in between.

I loved it.

Sure. I took a walking break at every refreshment station. It was an easygoing run really

369 metres of elevation gain lots of ups and downs. I am guessing it was all the bridges! All the bridges knocked me around in the New York marathon back in 2018.
