Description from Strava: Back at the bays for another morning. Another cold morning and today it was our longer run for the week and possibly the last long run before our race day, next week.
As part of the run I needed to do three 20 minutes efforts as part of the run, which is the longest interval I have done for a run like this before...good fun and some good confidence leading into next weekend.
