Semelir Café is at the top of Pamah Semelir on the border between Karo Regency and Langkat Regency. The air in Pamah Semelir is very cold because it is near the protected forest and Mount Sinabung. And the name Semilir Café itself comes from the name of the area. This cafe is very calm, the food and drinks are also very delicious and the menu sold here is also varied. To get to this Café by two-wheeled vehicle it would take me 1.5 hours, while if I used a four-wheeled vehicle it would take 2 hours. There are rarely any traffic jams in this area because this place is an alternative route from behind to Mount Sinabung and other tourist attractions in Karo Regency.
Not only the view that you can get here, but the calm and comfort that I don't get in my city, is that all? Of course not because I will also discuss the design of Semelir Café here, not just about the food menu and beautiful views. Although it is because of the cool view that Semelir Café has become famous and very busy to visit. However, this time I will specifically provide information about the design in this café.
Because this Semelir is located in Puncak while on the edge of the Café is a ravine that is prone to landslides, the Semelir Café has anticipated this by strengthening the foundation, namely by forming pillars supporting the Café with large pieces of iron and I estimate 14 mm, so that the building and be strong and able to support the weight of the building and the existing visitors, especially since this café was built on the second floor so that visitors don't have to scramble to enjoy the view here.
If you look at the design, the design of this café is actually ordinary, unlike the designs of cafés in urban areas, they only enrich their café design by increasing the number of decorative accessories to add to the aesthetic impression of their café, such as the presence of decorative lights which have a contemporary design and have value. good art, not only the decorative lamps hanging above each table, but the café also put up lots of small lamps instead of candles so that when the lights come on there is a romantic and beautiful impression at the same time. especially if accompanied by a glass of hot tea, hot coffee or other hot dishes, everything on the menu here is hot and very suitable for the mountainous nature of this café.
Not only about the lighting accessories, my next concern is about the arrangement of the benches which have many variations and we are free to choose whichever place we like, but once again I remind you that because the weather is unpredictable here, if you visit here you have to be careful - Be careful with the rain that suddenly comes even though it's not heavy. So for those of you who bring a camera and choose a seat facing the nature, you have to be careful if your camera gets wet, and if you are a family group you can choose a type of cross-legged seating that can accommodate many people. There and if you want to take photos overlooking nature, you can leave your belongings on this lesehan, but you have to be careful too, because even though I've never heard of any theft here, there's no harm in being vigilant.
