What I like about the quotes is that they rhyme, for a kid it sure is fun to read them. I think some of the good habits in the book are a bit old fashioned hehe. Do you eat tangerines with your hands? Here Cubans eat a mango with our hands, and we peel it with our teeth, imagine that!
In general I think the rules could be applied.
