Let's make a potato fry in a very delicious way.

Good morning to all my Hive friends! How are you all doing today? I'm excited to share a delicious dish with you - a unique take on potato fry. Potato fries are a classic favorite enjoyed by many, and by incorporating peanuts, yams, and onions, we can enhance both the taste and nutritional value of this dish.
Potatoes are known for being a good source of carbohydrates, potassium, and vitamin C, providing essential nutrients for our bodies. Peanuts, on the other hand, contribute healthy fats, protein, and vitamin E, adding a nutritious element to the dish. When combined with yams and onions, these ingredients create a well-balanced diet that supports overall health and well-being.

Let's dive into the steps of preparing this delicious and nutritious potato fry with peanuts, yams, and onions.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 A finely grated potato.
🍀 A little chopped onion.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 Some finely chopped garlic.
🍀 About 3 pieces of cinnamon.
🍀 2 green chilli pods, finely chopped.
🍀 Peanut 40g.
🍀 Salt to taste.
🍀 1 tablespoons of crushed chili powder.
🍀 1 tablespoons of sugar.
🍀 coconut oil 250ml.

Method of making.....

First grate the potatoes finely with the help of a grater. Add water to a bowl and add the potatoes.

Then squeeze the potatoes well to drain the water and keep them in a separate bowl. Finely chop the onion and green chillies.

Then take a bowl and add coconut oil to it and put it on the stove. After the coconut oil is heated, fry the potatoes well until they turn golden. At the same time fry the peanuts till they become crispy.

Then take a bowl again and add about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to it and put it on the stove. After the coconut oil is hot, add garlic, onion, cinnamon, green chillies and curry leaves, mix well and fry for about 2 minutes.

Then add chilli powder, salt, fried potatoes and fried peanuts and mix well. Remove from heat after a minute. Also add a tablespoon of sugar to it and mix.
